This beautiful spacious home was built in 2006 and offers soaring ceilings and over 2100 square feet of air conditioned space. The master suite has a king size bed with double sink bathroom, spacious tile shower and separate garden tub. There is another king size bedroom with satellite TV and 38 inch flat screen television. There is a queen size bedroom overlooking the canal. There is a bedroom with twin beds.
The five foot deep heated in ground pool has screen enclosure with patio furniture on the lanai. There is a large gas grill for your outside cooking. We have bicycles available and there are numerous bike paths in the area.
The living area is open and has satellite TV with flat screen television, island counter with 6 bar stools, and two dining areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a wine cooler. It is tastefully decorated for your enjoyment. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and utility sink.
The house is located minutes from Pine Island, Sannibel, Fort Myers Beach and Cape Coral has its own beach.

This place was awesome for the two of us. We loved the peace and quiet and our own pool. The food at Red's on Pine Island is some of the best I have ever had. We are coming back and bringing the whole family.
