With a spectacular and spacious Great Room, high ceilings throughout, recessed lighting, custom window treatments, and new flooring, this special home is beautifully furnished and decorated and your comfort is assured with central heat and air conditioning.

The brand new gourmet kitchen has an island with a gas range, prep sink, and granite countertops with a seating area and stools. Equipped with new stainless steel appliances including an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and all the cooking essentials for the chef, the kitchen is the 'heart' of the home and is ready for preparation of your culinary delights.

The large Great Room entertainment area includes a 46” LCD TV with cable, DVD player and WiFi, and a double sofa futon and a single futon chair, providing comfortable sleeping areas for extra guests. With a decorative glass door opening to the back porch, the master suite features a new comfortable queen bed with luscious linens and bedding and a 32” LCD TV. The master ensuite full bath provides privacy with a beautifully tiled large shower and is finished gracefully and with a touch of elegance. The guest bedroom has its special charm and is furnished with a trundle (2 single beds). The shared full bath has a tub/shower combo with all new tile, vanity sink, and fixtures.

On a quiet street and a large lot, the Victorian Lady has a wrap-around porch plus a small deck that goes down to a beautiful flagstone private patio for your barbeques. It has a large backyard and a detached garage. There is also a long driveway and street parking available. No Smoking please!
