As you enter in this beautiful home the Bay view captivates your attention. With an excellent floor plan, the formal dining, living, family room and kitchen nook all capture the phenomenal view. Not to mention, the oversized deck with a large dining and 2 lounges that you can truly enjoy the shimmering water and the warm California Sunshine.
As you head towards the office, you will see the well cared for outdoor Jacuzzi. The kitchen has a beautiful Island and newer stainless steel appliances with many cupboards and essentials for your vacation needs, including a subzero fridge, a gas stove, a microwave, an oven, dishwasher and large window to enjoy the outdoors.
The 4 bedrooms are all upstairs. Each have a queen size bed and 2 would be considered Masters (extra large with separate sitting areas and attached bathroom). On Lido, you have 3 tennis courts, basketball court, children parks (one on the bay), and many smaller parks on the bay to relax and enjoy the views from many different angles and much more. You are also very close to Fashion Island, Balboa Fun Zone, numerous world-renowned restaurants and easy biking along the ocean.
