  We had a fantastic time in this condo! It's directly at the nice beach with an good overview from the lanai. The apartment is very well decorated and functional. We love to be in the nature, photography of animals. This is the perfect place for us. Lovers key is in walking distance, we visited the island a few times. From the bridge before Lovers key you always can see dolphins. The beaches are great. We also visited the Everglades and the the Keys (Long key). We will come back...

  The condo is in an idyllic location overlooking the ocean on the quiet end of the island but within travelling distance of many attractions. It is very tastfully decorated with so many extra touches and immaculately clean. We were 'blown away' by the view from the balcony. We watched dolphins playing in the sea, pelicans, herons and fish jumping. Sitting and watching became a full time occupation! A ten minute walk away is a plaza with three or four really good restaurants---South Beach deserves a special mention --and of course if you want to eat in you can use the bar b q on site. We enjoyed our holiday so much that we are looking to return next year--I cannot think of a nicer place to spend Xmas.

  One could easily spend a month or more here in this quiet building. This condo far exceeded our expectations, it truly felt like our own home. Tastefully decorated with ideal positioning for beach and sunset views. The owners have provided nearly every item one could expect in a private home - scissors, tape, flashlights, kitchen goods - coffee filters, laundry soap, paper towels, cling wrap, etc. Just bring the food, the Weber BBQ is down a level and right on the beachfront. The furnishings are comfortable, in excellent shape and more suited to adults who appreciate the effort applied by the owners. Thanks so much Shelley-Sue for opening up your home for others to enjoy.

  The condo is very nice and has all facilities you need. It is very nicely furnished and has a fantastic view of Mexican Golf! From the balcony you can see a lot of beautiful birds, sea turtles if you are lucky and even dolphins jumping. The listing photos show truthfully what the condo looks like and it was very clean and maintained. The entire building was very well run and nicely in order. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly when mail contact. It felt as if the owner was very keen that we would feel comfortable and we did really. We can really recommend this apartment to others. The only negative was that there were not so many restaurants within walking distance, but you had to go by car all the time.

  Owner response: Thank you for your very nice review. Just to clarify for future guests, there are 6 restaurants at Santini Plaza, which is just a 20 minute walk from the condo. There is also a restaurant at the Holiday Inn, as well as a 7-Eleven, Subway and a CVS drugstore.

  Our stay at this wonderful place was simply perfect!!!!Nothing less :-) We enjoyed every single sunrise and sunset, in between it was the perfect location for trips to either nice beaches (e.g.Sanibel, Captiva, Naples), the Everglades or shopping (Miromar shopping center, coastland center, etc)... There was plenty to do at Fort Myers Beach itself for a 9 and a 15 year old...(Jetskiing and parasailing!!!!!Great fun!!!!) Shelling was great, watching the "jumping fish" from the lanai, the condo itself doesn't seem like the "very practical but all the same" vacation-appartment but like a warm, well equiped, tastfully furnitured home away from home!!! I would recommand it even to my best friends :-) Thanks to the owners for sharing it!!!!!!!!

  What a fantastic condo!!! It's even nicer than the pictures , very welcoming and immaculate. I could live here. Very clean, great position walk onto the beach and nice pool area with fridge / kitchenette. Thanks for a wonderful stay and I cannot recommend this place enough, I would definitely go back and anyone who books this will not be disappointed it's a wonderful condo with everything you need from pool towels to trash bags, it's a real home from home.

  We just arrived home after spending a wonderful week in Ft. Meyers Beach. The property that was our home away from home for the week (6/2-6/9) was just wonderful!!!! The location was just beautiful and the condo was all you could ask for. When they say just bring your cloths and groceries they were spot on. Everything you could use was there for you....it is a wonderful property.

  The condo was extremely clean and well organized. All communication with the owners was spot on. Directions to the area and information to make the stay pleasurable were given ahead of time. The condo area was quiet and relaxing but you could walk to more populated areas and entertainment. I would suggest this area to family and couples alike. I can't say enough good things about this condo and the grounds so I won't due to sounding phoney. If you rent from these people you won't be disappointed. And last but not least, Shelly-Sue returned my deposit in a timely manor. Very professional people. Thanks a bunch for the great time!

  This Condo was very nice. Clean, well equipped with everything you may need. Pool was very clean, warm. I would definitely rent it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet get away. Nice beach on the other side of the sand bar. Owners were very nice, available if we needed anything. Rent it, you won't be disappointed.

  Loved it! Condo clean, beachy feeling, felt on vacation the minute I walked in and saw the view! Bedrooms large and lots of closet space and draws. The master bedroom has views of the beach, and you can fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. (if cool enough to leave open window) We used the grill several nights and watched the sunset from picnic table and lanai. Ate dinners at Flippers at Lovers Key, saw dolphins, rented a pontoon boat, went on a boat cruise out of Tin City in Naples. I bought alot of Groupons before I went so we saved alot of money on those! We did the bananna boat ride outside of Holiday inn, and Parasailed from Times Square. The condo is on the quiet end of the beach which was fine with us, took the trolley from stop located right across the street to Times Square. Children 10 and 13 never bored. Only tip I would buy/bring water shoes to walk over sandbar to beach. Will be back to Ft. Myers. All emails with the owner were answered quickly and honestly was a pleasure to deal with!

  This is a beautiful, immaculate condo with great Gulf views. The listing description and photos are a very accurate representation of this unit and view. Everything you could possibly need is available for your use. We enjoyed watching the birds, flying fish, and awesome sunsets daily. The owners live nearby and are available and accessible for anything you may need. Shelley-Sue is a joy to work with, and our deposit was returned promptly with a very kind note. We had a wonderful 6 weeks away from the north. It helped also that the weather cooperated beautifully this year. One word about the beach--if you are looking for a beach that you can access the water directly, this may not be to your liking. This condo is located on a "double" beach, so is not directly "surf accessible". It was fine for our purposes, and you can walk a short distance to get to the direct access to the surf. Other than that minor detail, I would highly recommend this condo.

  Our eyes opened wide when we entered the condo. Everything was just as it had been described for the property. It's beautifully furnished and fitted and felt like a home from home. It's such a relaxing place to spend time in and we were able to sit in the lanai until late at night just enjoying the sight and sounds. We saw exceptional sunsets with sky as if on fire. We would have no hesitation in recommending this condo to anyone who wishes to have an enjoyable holiday with the benefits of seeing scores of fish leaping in the waterway, dolphins in the Gulf waters and a variety of marine birds feeding. Wish it was our property!!!

  This rental caught my eye while browsing the many rentals available on Home Away. Upon our arrival it was everything we expected and more. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and well maintained. We visited surrounding beaches but thought the beach at Eden House area was the nicest and we found the best shells there. There were so many extras available for our use which was very nice not to mention the money we saved on not having to purchase the items just for vacation use. The location was perfect, close enough to everything but away from all the congestion. Shelly Sue was very kind and more than happy to assist to make the stay enjoyable. We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next year.

  A hidden treasure! The Eden House is comfortable with breathtaking views of the ocean and beach. Several amenities make this the perfect get away location where you can relax, and enjoy your vacation and still feel like it is your own home. The property owner is professional and great to work. Every time I had a question or needed anything, Shelly-Sue was available to assist. We will definitely be back.

  I am a traveler and i am in a hotel almost every week. When coming to Fort Myers I decided to rent this condo so my family could come along. It was the best ever!! The owners know how to take care of their guests and everything was perfect. Beach was quiet and out of the way of the huge crouds, the condo was well equipped and we felt like we were at home. Will definintely be reserving this little jewell again... Thanks!!!

  We recently stayed at this beautiful cottage style condo and had one of our best vacations ever. We've rented condos before, but never had such a positive experience. From the initial emailed reply to my inquiry, Shelley-Sue answered all of our questions and was able to give us recommendations on activities, golf courses, boat rentals and restaurants. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable with very nice linens and towels. We wanted to travel light and just brought our personal items. Everything else was supplied. We were surprised to find laundry detergent, spices, beach towels, coffe and tea, beach toys and beach chairs, and many more things we've normally had to supply ourselves at other rentals. The best feature of this condo is the view! The sunsets every evening were the most beautiful we've ever seen. We sat on the lanai and watched the sunset every evening.When we left, we had a 2 day drive back home. Our security deposit check was returnedl within a day of getting home. Overall this is the most comfortable, well managed rental we have stayed in. We've already booked our vacation again for next year. How nice to have found a place to return to year after year.

  My husband and I stayed in this condo from Christmas (2010) until New Year's Day (2011) and we had an excellent time. The owners were very accommodating - they even gave us a list of restaurants that would be open for dinner Christmas evening. Everything was clean, and it was furnished with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone interested in staying in the Fort Myers Beach area of Florida.

  My husband & I spent this past weekend (Oct 8-12) at this property and can't seem to get it out of our minds! We found it by a quick review--having no idea what to expect (we are from Fort Myers) and were thoroughly pleased. We felt like we were in another state/region. If rest and relaxation is what you seek, look no further. Everything was "in its place" as though we were at home--from laundry detergent to beach towels. We'll be back!

  BEAUTIFUL VIEWS,place was spotless. Me and my wife had a wonderful time. Owners were easy to deal with and deposit was returned very promptly. Enjoyed drinking coffee on the outside pourch and looking at the ocean.The condo had everything you need,and lots of room. The area has lots of things to do and good eating places,make sure you try split rail for breakfest and iguana mia for dinner if you like mexican food.Thanks so much Shelly-Sue for sharing your place with us,we had a great time.

  The condo is is just super nice. It has that home feeling. It was decorated just beautifully, I loved the pictures & art. Everything was furnished like paper towels, laundrey suppplies, every thing. I just can't say enough about the inside of the condo. The owners live close by & go to great lenghts to make your stay enjoyable. Also the security deposit was returned very quick. The security of the building with the lobby being locked at all times is also a big plus, it make a person feel safe. The water is very close & the double beach is the most beautiful I have ever seen. The pool area is very nice & you have a view of the Gulf of Mexico. I loved the fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. My wife loved the shelling. here you can find whole shells not all broken ones. It was a very good vacation & we loved the Ft. Meyers beach area. We will come back that is for sure. Thanks to the owners for makeing this vacation a great one.

  There is only one word needed to completely describe this condo: OUTSTANDING! From the moment you enter the parking lot, you are greeted with warm coastal breezes and the soothing sounds of harmonic ocean waves. Once in the condo the warm inviting atmosphere will welcome you with its amazing "costal theme" decorations and homelike environment. The condo is in mint condition, very clean, and contains all the amenities of home, as well as being centrally located near everything that Fort Myers Beach has to offer. The Eden House has an elevator that allows easy access for families with small children and people with disabilities. The condo owners are very personable and live close by. They truly made us feel welcomed and ensured that we were comfortable during our stay. We enjoyed our time here so much that we immediately made arrangements to return here again next year. It is our feeling that the reason there are not many reviews for this condo is that people want to keep the awesomeness of this condo a secret. Oops, I guess the secret is out!!

  This was very nice condo kept in like new condition. Loved the deocorating and artwork, all the touches to make you feel at home. Everything you could possibly need is furnished. Location was very quiet but just minutes to great restaurants or nightlife. Owners provided lots of local information which was also very helpful. Nice size pool that was never overcrowded. Owners were very professional and deposit was returned immediately. I would definately stay here again.

  Eden House was the perfect fit for our family. The condo had everything that we could have ever wanted. I was pleasantly surprised to see that we did not have to go out and buy things like tissues, paper towels etc...at other condos we have stayed at, we have had to purchase all of those things. Then there is the view, well, it's amazing. We were so close to the water it almost felt like we were floating on the water. The location was just right for us. The pool was fun too! We never used the trolley because everything was either just a walk away or a short car drive. A bonus was that we met a family that lives only about an hour from us in Georgia, so, not only did we have a memorable vacation but we made some new friends! Thank you so much!!!
