We're located on a quiet side street just a couple blocks from beautiful South Beach and Kid's Corner park and a short walk to the picturesque town of South Haven. The address is 105 Orchard. The inviting front porch and large deck in the back are great for congregating with friends and family. Comes with all the beach accessories: boogie boards, skim boards, floats, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels. Here's the bedroom configuration:

The house and the people renting it are wonderful. I have never had such a great experience with an owner before. The home is on a quiet street, but a quick walk to the beach and Kid's Corner, a great playground. Garage is packed with towels, beach chairs, and toys, (even kayaks) meaning you can pack that much less! The deck out back and the front porch are lovely. The outdoor shower is a wonderful perk when bringing back kids covered with sand from the beach. For people who love to spend time outside and have young kids, this is an ideal property. Also great for large groups with multiple families.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.
