Many guests say that this is the most beautiful apartment they have ever seen. Enjoy this restored 1888 brownstone triplex!! Huge windows, lots of light, tastefully furnished for your comfort, exceptional cook's kitchen with marble countertops and top of the line appliances, 2 wood-burning fireplaces, large south-facing garden with dining table and chairs. Three big bedrooms plus 2 smaller bedrooms can easily accommodate up to 9 people. One queen-size bed, one double bed, and 5 single beds. Laundry facilities in the apartment. You control your own heat and air conditioning, adding to the comfort.
We have hosted families from all over the world. We have a regular flow of actors/producers/film makers temporarily residing in NYC for a production, a screening, or a shoot.

50% deposit required.
30 night minimum. Monthly rates are available upon request.

an additional charge of $50/night for each person, up to 9 total.

I've stayed in many short-term rentals in NYC and never experienced anything like this. We felt spoiled rotten with all the space, the walk-in closets, the courtyard out back, the amazing kitchen. The photos do not do this place justice (and they're pretty awesome photos)! High ceilings, wood floors, room to maneuver in the bathrooms. The bedroom I slept in, one of five, was bigger than most studio apartments I've rented. Super handy to the subway, easy walk to restaurants and grocery shopping. I'd recommend this in a heartbeat.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

This was the highlight of our trip. The brownstone was beautiful and extremely roomy. We really felt like we were true New Yorkers. We can't wait to come back next year. Thanks again for making a trip a memorable one!

Thank you so much for opening your house to us. We had a great time in New York, and we loved the house. The kids almost felt like New Yorkers! The house is in a great location, and it was very comfortable.
