This Beautiful New Luxurious Gearhart Beach House is now available for the first time. This 3 bedroom 3 bath home sleeps up to 12

The Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath, the Guest room has a queen bed and the Bunk room has 6 twin bunk beds.

The Sunroom with its sliding privacy doors has a twin sleeper sofa and another room which we nicknamed the “exercise room” has space for a port-a-crib or sleeping bags.

There are Cherry hardwood floors throughout and a magnificent river rock fireplace.

The Beach theme bedding is of the highest quality and the mattresses are extremely comfortable, as a good nights sleep is invaluable.

The Central “great room” has vaulted ceilings and a river rock fireplace

The Deep claw foot tub in guest bath is fit for a king (or a princess).

This home has all the bells and whistles including Stainless steel kitchen appliances with a gas Viking range. No expense has been spared!

The Dining room table seats 8 and the kitchen “island” countertop has seating for 4 more.

Also included is a Ping-pong table, tennis rackets, and 6 bikes.

The front and back yards are completely landscaped and the back yard is fenced.

Three private decks surround the house, one is off the master bedroom, one in the front yard and one in the back yard.

Our home is located just 2 blocks from the beach, one block from the grocery store and one block to the bakery.

There are Tons of board games and puzzles to play with.

  • What a gorgeous home! SO CLEAN and nice! It was perfect for our annual board meeting - plenty of space for 15 moms to meet and for those that stayed the night the accomodations were so comfortable. We truly enjoyed our visit and hope to go back in the future.

  • We just love staying in your home. All of the comforts such as the great showers and large fireplace. I love cooking and the Viking commercial range is fun to use. The beach life is relaxing and the sunsets are spectacular. Can hardly wait to return. Thanks for letting us be your guests.

  • This is a wonderful house to stay in for a family get-away. My sons love the bunk room, ping pong table, games, the yard and, of course, the beach. We had Thanksgiving at the house with my visiting mother-in-law from New York state. She loved the spaciousness of the house and found it very comfortable. One of my husband's and my favorite features is the bathtub in the guest bathroom. I am fond of the yoga room. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting a relaxing, but fun, trip to the Oregon Coast.
