Our Bear Lake Vacation Home, built in 2007, offers the best value for your year round vacations. Astounding views of sun rises over beautiful Bear Lake from the spacious and comfortable deck. Wired speaker system throughout living area, including the deck.
Quiet and secluded area with frequent visits from nature's furry friends. There is a private beach access within a short five minute drive or fifteen minute walk. Summer and winter trail access to BLM and U.S. Forest Service land is within a five minute walk.
The winter season offers world class snowmobiling (ranked 3rd in the West by two major snowmobiling magazines). Beaver Mountain Ski Area is a short twenty ride. There is excellent snowshoeing, cross-country and back country skiing opportunities within a short walk/drive. Enjoy a relaxing weekend warmed by a gas fireplace.
The summer season offers many water activities, including nearby boat and jet ski rentals. Outstanding fishing opportunities to be had on the lake. Enjoy a relaxing weekend on the beach or deck while sipping a locally made raspberry shake.
Security deposit = 50% of reservation (refundable once property is inspected by owner)
50% of reservation + security deposit is due at the time of reservation. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: If reservation is cancelled at any time up to 30 days before the starting date, a full refund less $35 cancellation fee; less than 30 days notice before the starting date,forfeiture of security deposit or rent for one night, whichever is less; less than 14 days notice, forfeiture of security deposit; less than 7 days, forfeiture of entire deposit.
