The private parking is just a few easy steps to the front door. This condo is off the street and offers solitude.
The Keauhou Resort is surrounded by the Kona Country club golf course. The Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort is less than a mile away with restaurants, bar, manta ray viewing area & a Kona coffee cafe for morning enjoyment. You can stroll to the Keauhou Shopping Center for groceries, excellent restaurants, locally made gifts, a Saturday Farmer's Market or movies.

My husband and I stayed here for over 2 weeks in January 2012. It is a well maintained condo with lots of nice birds around and a beautiful view of the sunsets from the upstairs lanai! The complex has two small swimming pools and one of them has water running all the time which is very nice, it hides other noises around. There is everything you need in the condo and it has a good location near a shopping centre, movie theatre, drugstore. This is a great condo to stay in when visiting the Big Island. Very comfortable, clean, airy, light, great location. We really liked the layout and design of the condo. The upstairs deck is wonderful to watch the beautiful sunsets. We would love to stay here again when visiting Kona.

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was all we wanted it to be. We went through two bags of bird seed and really liked all the different kinds of birds that showed up. We went fishing and caught a 200+ lb marlin as well as some smaller tuna. We loved the sunsets and the whole area. We may choose to live there instead of Kona Palisades where we looked first. Might be nice to be at a higher elevation.... The condo was very clean and well stocked with all the things you need in the kitchen. We shopped at farmers markets for veggies and fruit and ate fish we caught ourselves. A great 10 day stay!

We stayed in this wonderful condo for 3 weeks and hated to leave. The condo itself is homey, relaxing and has everything you need to make your vacation perfect. Out of the bustle of Kailua it is in a quiet well maintained property. The views from the Upstairs Lanai are gorgeous and the sunsets spectacular. The condo itself is well maintained, clean and everything is in great working order. It is close to Keahou Bay, where many activites such as snorkeling, kayaking etc are available. It is a beautiful area to take morning walks and enjoy the views of the splashing waves on the rocks on the shoreline. The Keahou Shopping Center is within walking distance and everything is there that you can possibly need. Restuarants, Post Office for your post cards and also a movie theater and Farmers Market on Saturdays. Sherry and Richard are absolutely wonderful to work with. You can tell that they really love this condo and have made it into home away from home for their visitors that rent from them. They have a tour book on the Big Island that is helpful to decide what to do and see, and a binder with directions to Restuarants and Shopping and even places to park free in downtown Kona. The information is nice to have for sure. I would recommend this to family, friends and anyone I know without hesitation. Will stay there again I am sure!

We stayed at the condo for two weeks and loved everything about it. Richard and Sherry are so accommodating and have provided a wonderful atmosphere for enjoying Hawaii. The condo is super quiet except for the Java Sparrows which we delighted in feeding and watching. The view from the lanai is great and we spent most of our at-home time out there. Everything in this condo is wonderfully and well kept; all appliances were in good working order and we had absolutely everything we could ever need for cooking. The condo is also in a great location; we loved walking to Keahou Bay and watching the turtles and going to the shopping center so watch the dancers and ukulele players. Our first night we had trouble with the TV and they immediately sent a handyman to fix it the next morning. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thanks so much.

This is a great condo to stay in when visiting the Big Island. Spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet, airy, light, great location. We really liked the layout and design of the condo. The upstairs deck is as wide as the unit and feels like an extension of the living room. Very conducive to the outdoor living feeling that is so wonderful in the Hawaiian climate. We would love to stay here again when visiting Kona.

Pretty easy to say it was excellent when Hawaii is your favorite Hawaiian Island but the condo was really excellent and Sherry accomodated our last minute plans to travel. We will definitely stay there again for a longer return trip. We liked it so much we may look into purchasing a condo at the resort or near by. Thanks to Sherry for a most pleasant stay.

Sherry and Richard promised us peace and relaxation and that's exactly what they delivered. The condo was clean and comfortable for our stay in February and within easy reach of the amenities we wanted to get to. A wonderful evening in the Crystal Bar at the Sheraton provided a chance to watch the manta rays as well as have great food and drinks. We watched the SuperBowl on the large flatscreen TV in the living room and slept like babies in the quiet bedroom at garden level. A lovely vacation at a great price.
