These spacious groundfloor condos are some of the most sought-after condos at Solymar. They are larger than the other condos, as Solymar is pyramid-shaped. These condos have large private patios & are very convenient. Many guests prefer these condos because of their location & convenience. Just walk right out to the beach! As a result, they fill up quickly!
Our 2 ocean view & 2 lagoon condos at Solymar are all adjacent to 1 another. Great for large groups as well.
For your enjoyment, we have also installed DISH SATELLITE TV WITH 52 CHANNELS IN ALL 4 OF OUR CONDOS SEPARATE FROM THE HOTEL & THE NUMEROUS RENTAL OPERATORS AT SOLYMAR.
Our 4 very convenient condos are DEFINITELY THE BEST VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY IN THE CANCUN HOTEL ZONE.
Each condo has 2 very comfortable double beds, a sleeper sofa, & more than adequate storage space. Each condo also has a walk-in shower, 2 with sliding glass doors.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen in each condo, each with a large refrigerator, microwave, stove top, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, silverware, & pots & pans.

Solymar provides 24 hour security for your protection. It is located at the southern end of the Cancun Hotel Zone, which is not a densely populated or a high traffic area. Police are constantly visible in the Hotel Zone because Cancun is Mexico's Number ONE money-maker, & it prefers to keep it this way.
Solymar also provides parking, a private beach, massage, beachfront bar & restaurant, tennis, activities for children & adults, & other amenities. There are 2 pools. The pool bar is both a seated & swim-up bar.

Description of the property is accurate, it is steps away from the pool and beach, it is also walking distance from Kukulkan ave, where you take the bus to go almost any place worth going in Cancun. The place is in good condition, everything clean and well equipped, I never missed my morning cup of coffee and had my breakfast right there. The owner and the attendant are really nice, so If you haven't rented a vacation home ever, you're in great hands.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Absolutely fell in love with Cathy and Mariza. Description of room ,area, and all described is spot on. Cathy you were absolutely wonderful to work with. I look forward to booking with you again soon. From before we even left for our trip, Cathy was wonderful to work with and didn't hesitate to return calls and emailed promptly. When we arrived in Cancun, Mariza, the property manager was wonderful. They both made sure that we were really taken care of. Only complaint was a softer bed would have made it an excellent stay. Your customer service was way above and beyond!!! Thank you for making us feel so important to you. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to enjoy faboulous customer service and an owner who really cares about your vacation--then please do not hesitate to book with Cathy.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.
