We live locally and use our place on occasion. We manage the property ourselves, and make sure to provide a special experience for our guests everytime they stay with us. We've met some interesting people and are looking forward to a busy 2011 summer season...
Why the Owner Chose Villa Sabine
Frankly, Hurricane Ivan turned it into a rental...It originally was an early 1970's two story frame structure, one of 8 total townhouses in that specific building. The complex had 4 X 8 unit buildings plus a 4 unit, for a total of 36 units. Condemned due to damage from Ivan, they were rebuilt afterwards with substantial design enhancements. I started renting it to offset those additional costs above and beyond the insurance coverage. It's actually alot of fun.

Amazing views and water access from this newly reconstructed three story waterfront townhouse. The grounds provide plenty of room for volleyball, frisbee, kickball, etc. plus access to to the Little Sabine shoreline.

We had a wonderful vacation! The townhouse has everything you need. There is a great neighbor who helped with our fishing experience and my daughter caught a great fish right in the backyard on the bay. We got great pictures with a beautiful view. The ocean was beautiful but a little chilly in November. The townhouse is close to shopping and great restaurants. The owner called to check on us and see if we needed anything:) We saw the Blue Angels show which is at the NAS in November but not real far from the condo. We couldn't have asked for more, it was a wonderful vacation!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Just returned from a short 3 day weekend and I must say this townhouse is wonderful. Pictures truly don't do it justice as the townhouse is quite large and has amazing views from all 4 (yes there are 4!) decks. Everything was wonderful and my family had a great time although we could have used a few more days! Plenty of beach toys to use also and the life jackets came in handy on the yellow flag days! My small dog, Peanut, was also able to relax and enjoy our mini vacation too! Will definitely add this to my favorites, as we plan to return. The property owner, Pete, was easy to work with and very gracious. Now its back to the real world for us!
