Located at the end of a quiet greenbelt cul-de-sac in one of Kauai’s finest resorts, Fantasy by the Sea, is a great setting for those looking for resort living at its best. This is one of the closest houses to the Grand Hyatt Kauai (separated by a rolling grass lawn) and Shipwreck’s beach.
You can walk out of this house and in less than one minute, enjoy romantic beach walks, hikes, sunbathing, surfing, winter sunrises, the world famous Anara Spa, dine at fine restaurants or watch green sea turtles and winter whales.
Island Living at its best: Dine on this home’s lovely outdoor teak or indoor dining set, then retire on the patio’s loveseat to watch moon risings and twinkling stars. At day’s end, be lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean and tropical breezes. The second bedroom is master-sized with a king-size bed (twins are also available for this room upon request) and shared shower and tub; bedroom three has two twins with shared shower and tub; and bedroom four has a queen bed, executive carved walnut desk, outdoor shower, skylight, and a game table with chess and checkers. * Home includes 2 futons to sleep up to 10.
Ocean View: Enjoy ocean views from half of the house: from the family room, kitchen, master bedroom, and covered lanai. As a bonus, enjoy mountain views from the lanai.
3 Beaches Only Minutes Away: A short walk down the greenbelt to the west takes you to Brennecke’s Beach, famous for bodysurfing, and Poipu Beach Park, a popular snorkeling, surfing and swimming beach that also has a play area and protected lagoon wading area for younger children. Scenic Shipwreck’s Beach, which sits in front of the Grand Hyatt, is only 300 yards from this lovely home and a minute’s walk. Pristine and undeveloped, Mahaulepu beach, is a short drive away over unpaved roads.
Tennis and Golf: From this home, you can take a short walk to 8 beautifully maintained tennis courts, including two “softer courts” with an astro-turf surface, a swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. The Kiahuna golf course and world-class Poipu Bay golf course are a few minutes away by car.
An additional nine-hole golf course, where the locals play, with beautiful ocean and island vistas, is only 15 minutes away by car. The Poipu Kai resort also offers 24 hour security for your peace of mind.
