House was perfect. 10 Family members from MI, GA and FL stayed here for 6 days for my 50th birthday. It was everything I could have wanted and more. House was very clean and the pool and patio area were used alot this week. Thank you Olga for making my celebration fabulous. I would recommend and stay here again. My security deposit was returned before I made it home also. My first time renting and everything went very smoothly.

Olga and Gene are very easy to deal with,,I had my Deposit return before i arrived back in the U.K. We got off the Cruise ship around 10am and check-in isn't until 4 pm and there was a group checking out that morning ,but they aloud us to store are Suitcases in the Villa's garage so we could go shopping for the day (a big help) On our return the villa was fully cleaned .The pool is alot bigger than it seems in the photos which my kids loved.Its a nice peaceful area and would use again if we return to the Area

We had 7 guys stay at this beautiful house. We played golf at nearby courses and enjoyed the weather, beach and nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this rental for family reunions, girls or guy getways or just a family vacation. House is located near beach, shopping, golf courses and fishing fleets. Plenty of room. You can't go wrong. Owner was very easy to work with.

This house has it all. Tastefully decorated, plenty of space, beautiful pool, all the amenities you could ever want or need. We had a wonderful stay with plenty to do or nothing to do in a peaceful environment. We would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it.

This house not only exceeded my expectations, but the property owners made this extremely easy. Such a seamless process. This was my first time staying anywhere other than a hotel. I felt like I was home during my stay. Olga and Gene went above and beyond for us and we can't even express how appreciated it is. House is gorgeous, people are amazing. The house is amazing, everything you need are provided except for groceries of course. Want to play board games, you got it. Want to go fishing, fishing poles are available. Getting hot and want to go swimming, crystal clear pool is just in the backyard with more than enough supply of towels. Even little things like bar soap, shampoo and conditioner, they're provided in all 3 bathrooms. I can go on and on but to sum it up, whatever is in the listing description you got it and MORE..... The property is very clean and well maintained. Gene, the property manager is just a phone call away and very helpful. I would surely recommend this property to friends and relatives. And on our next visit to Florida, I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.

It was the first time that we rented a private home in Florida. I had read the reviews and that is what gave me confidence to rent the place. Well the reviews were right ! This place is absolutely amazing ! The location is great, the house is spotless, the furniture is modern, the kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous ! The little details (bowl of fruit when you arrive, coffee and water for the first few days, beach towels, etc) were really appreciated and shows that the owner cares for her guests. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and if you decide to go, please take good care of the home so that we can all go back soon ! Thanks Gene and Olga....

Beautiful and clean home and pool. Close to Publix grocery store and local park with children's equipment. Pompano beach has a long beach to walk. Easy to drive to Fort Lauderdale Galleria mall and Miami airport. Gene was very helpful and replaced the BBQ propane. Olga was also very helpful with the rental booking. Thanks so much for a relaxing vacation. We would recommend this home to anyone.

Fantastic place to stay! House is EXACTLY as pictured, actually the pics do not do it justice! Beautiful, well kept, everything you could possibly need within the house, not to mention everything you may want within a couple of driving minutes away. Olga and Gene are very nice people and very responsive and accommodating. I recommend this place to anyone, even though I don’t want to, that way it will be available next time I want to rent it! This was the perfect place to stay for my group of 3 couples. The property is extremely well maintained, adequately apportioned with all the comforts of home, and very spacous where each couple had their own space. The thee bathrooms were ideal. Upon arrival, we only needed to go grocery shopping to make the house complete.Whether cooking outside on the gas grill or in the kitchen, everything you needed was close at hand and easily located. This will be my first choice to stay on my next vacation to the area. 3 couples from Dallas, Texas.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The house is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of space for all and beautifully decorated. The kids loved swimming in the heated pool while the grownups relaxed and enjoyed the terrific canal view. It is an easy, quick drive to the beach and groceries and thoughtfully equipped with beach chairs and towels, toys and bikes. There is a lovely park and playground right around the corner as well.

This house exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean when we arrived and had a pack n play and crib to accommodate our 2 babies. There is also a booster high chair and a bunch of pool/beach toys which was great for our kids. The location of the house is excellent - we made good use of the nearby playground and the beach was only a short drive away. The kitchen was awesome - a spacious luxury kitchen where everything was easy to find and in great condition. We found Gene, the property manager, to be very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for the lovely stay! The house is so warm, welcoming and spacious. The pictures on the website capture the roomy, open concept floor plan we found so comfortable. The outdoor amenities with tables, seating, pool-side loungers, and more were just great! I loved rising each morning and taking my coffee down to the pier to sit in the cool breeze. Your home was the perfect "home away from home" for the five of us who gathered to re-connect from having been in college together in the 1970's! Gene was very helpful in getting us oriented to the area and offering pointers on the house. Pompano Beach is in close proximity to Ft. Lauderdale, to the Everglades, to Miami and more. It was the perfect "mid-point" allowing quick access to various sites. We spent a day at the Everglades and happened to be in town for the fun "Sleepless in Miami" Saturday night! We would recommend this house to families or groups who want to gather and enjoy each other's company in a comfortable, warm setting!

We've rented this house two times now and it's been absolutely perfect. It's a great house - clean, well maintained and very inviting. The pool's nice, the bbq works really well and the kitchen is perfect for having big dinner parties. The neighborhood and location are also great - it's perfect for the kids to run around and ride bikes on the street, while at the same time, it's only a few blocks to the beach. We tried fishing in the canal behind the house, but came up empty. Olga and Gene are also great - they could answer all of our questions right away, they were very accommodating and did everything to make the stay as perfect as possible. Would we rent the house again? Definitely!

Just back from a 1 week stay in this beatiful home and I cannot say enough about it. From our first communication with Olga to make our reservation to our contact with Gene, the property manager, we had a great experience. Gene even came to find us in Starbucks to let us know the house was ready for us...above and beyond! There is always a little hesitation booking something online, but I can have to say the house truly is just as the pictures show. We were not dissapointed. The house was clean, spacious and well appointed with all the amenities that you could want and need. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 teens and we all had plenty of private space as well as large and spacious living space. the pool was clean and being on the canal was a lovely setting. We were close to the beach, shops and restaurants and also close to the major highways. We hope to be able to visit again in the future. Thanks for a great stay Olga and Gene!

We stayed at this lovely home for three days as part of our family trip and it was such a great experience. The house was beautifully furnished and very clean. Everything was well stocked and the location was conveniently near most stores. We throughly enjoyed using all the amenities within the house and would definately recommend it to anyone wanting a home away from home place to stay. This house was exactly what we wanted! The interior decoration is very tastefully done. The location is absolutely amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the canal that connects to the ocean in the rear of the property. The patio in the rear was also very enjoyable. We also loved the mango tree in the front yard. We had all the mango we could eat and make juice out of that we could and still had mango's left over. Everything that is listed on the website was there at the property. I would definitely recommend this house for a South Florida Vacation and plan on coming back for another vacation if God permits it. Special thanks. to Olga and Gene for the amazing vacation. P.S. A little piece of Paradise

There were 8 women of my family who spent 4 days here - just simply relaxing. We had great intentions on leaving, but it was so relaxing and comfortable with the pool & deck to soak up the sun on the quiet deep water inlet, that we hardly went anywhere. The house is well supplied with amentities. The only thing I would add are plastic tubblers for poolside drinks. and a large griddle for family breakfast. The stove, refrig., washer & dryer and beach chairs, as well as fishing gear are all there. The livingroom was large enough for all of us to watch movies together. The property manager is available and helpful & loved the welcoming fruit after a long days travel. We have recommended it to other family groups and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you Olga for being so helpful in making our arrangements. It was a pleasure to work with you and I'm sure others will find you just as helpful.

The pictures are even better in person! The house was fantastic for our family vacation and we couldn't ask for anything more. Olga was easy and pleasant to work with while making the arrangements and the property manager was available at anytime during our stay. No details were left out on this house, everything you could ask for when vacationing. Fresh linens, clean pool, amenties in each bathroom, and even fresh fruit. We hope to be back in the future. We rented this lovely home for a 40th birthday girls weekend celebration. It was a great location, central to everything. The house was immaculate upon arrival and Gene and Olga were both fantastic to deal with. I will be renting this home again in the future. The house is a great set up, lots of common living space, but private bedrooms and baths so everyone had space. The outdoor living space is amazing! Don't bother looking at other properties, you should rent this one. Thanks to Olga and Gene for making our weekend special!

Outstanding comfortable house with all amentities one could desire. The owner is very flexible in dates and is a very nice person. The on site representative is extremely friendly and accommodating. Could not fault this house, it has everything you require. Great location, close to the beach and Fort Lauderdale, Shops and Restaurants. Lovely and quiet, making it a lovely relaxing holiday. We were very pleased with this property. The house looked as it did on the web site. Every possible amenity at your disposal. The bicycles were a special treat that my husband and I took advantage of. That was one of my favorite parts of the day. Gene is wonderful and so friendly. These pictures do not do this beautiful home justice! You will want for nothing in this gorgeous home, and the owner has paid very close attention to detail and taste! We had a fantastic time, and our children were thrilled to have their own pool, their own spacious, beautifully decorated rooms. I even went out and purchased the same bed linens for my daughter's room before we went home (she loved the animal quilt and sheets!)! Truly by far the best rental home in Florida that we have vacationed in yet - and this was our fifth annual trip. Complete professional communication with the owner and property manager. If we do not transfer to the West Coast by next winter season, we will most definitely return to this gorgeouys property! Thank you, Olga!

We have family in the area but needed a space of our own for our recent one week visit. This house was just PERFECT and cannot even compare to staying in a hotel. Open layout, recently renovated with high end touches, beautiful bathrooms - all made it feel like a luxury hotel but with the comforts of home. We hosted family, grilled out, kids played in the heated pool. We also really enjoyed walking around the block to the large park. The owner was professional, prompt and very easy to work with - as well as the local manager. Olga and Gene, thank you...we'll be back soon!

We rented this home for our annual gals weekend, and it was perfect! The kitchen is beautiful, and has everything you could possibly need. I have been renting house for the New Year's in FL for some years now and I never had rented a house like this one. All of them were almost perfect but lacked something. This one is simply perfect. Open space, comfortable, near everything, garage, great pool, great tools, bikes, board games, elegant and comfortable, and the best that most houses lack great kitchen utensils (knifes, forks, pots, glasses etc). The house was just great. Olga and Gene are great hosts and very accommodating. Thanks for everything!!! See you in 2010!!!!!

My kids and 2-year old grandson gathered from different parts of the country. The house was perfect, large enough for an active boy to play, and easy for meals and fellowship. The pool and deck were great, the house clean. Stores and restaurants are convenient, and the park next block over was a nice surprise. Walking to the beach isn't practical, but parking there was no problem. Thankd for a lovely stay.

The house was fabulous. All bedrooms and closets were spacious and the bathrooms were more than adequate. The dock had all the necesssary stuff for boaters. Boat ramp, intercoastal waterway, bait and tackle shop and inlet were very close for the fisherman. The location is safe and friendly. Shopping and entertainment also close by. The pool was nicely heated and all facilities including refrigerator in the garage were all provided. Ten times better than a hotel. A tastefully decorated, spacious and very comfortable home that exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the home has all of the amenities you’ll need. It is a short hop to the beach by bike or car. No need to be concerned about renting this home, it offers only pleasant surprises. It is perfect for a family vacation! The property manager was very helpful and offered useful pointers. It is also a short drive to Ft Lauderdale and a beautiful drive north to Palm Beach or Boca along the shoreline. We would recommend this home to anyone who prefers the comforts of home when away.

Three retired police officers and their wives spent four wonderful days here. The setting was fantastic, very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the waterway and had to fish, which was amazing. We would not hesitate to recommend this lovely villa and location to our colleagues and friends.

We came from different parts of the country (NJ, OH, MA, TX) to enjoy a girl cousin weekend out and had a fabulous time at this beautiful home. The house was immaculate and Gene Property Manager) was very helpful. We would recommend this place to all our family and friends. Sita Nivas Girls' 09 Trip

This was a perfect home for two families from Sweden. We really enjoyed the pool and it was so nice that we could just go outside and do fishing. This is so much more of a vacation than being at a hotel. We would love to recommend this house to other families. Thank you, Ann & Co.

What a great house for a family reunion! We spent most of our time by the pool but we also made it to the beach, to an ice cream shop and some stores. We came from California, Nebraska, New Mexico, Coral Springs, and Sweden to be here and the house was perfect. Thanks, The M. family
