Casa Cariza is an Elegant 10,000 sq.ft. two-story villa that lives as a series of intimate spaces around an open courtyard with fountain. Delightful for family or friends gatherings, the Villa is located in the upscale gated Four Seasons Development Community. The terraces, patios and Palapa roofed living room, dining and kitchen offer panoramic views of the lights Puerto Vallarta at night across Banderas Bay, sunset views over the Pacific Ocean,colorful sunrises over the bay and vistas of the #1 Resort Golf Curse in the World, tropical paradise gardens all with the sound of the waves crashing on the shore.
All of bedrooms are full suites with either golf course or ocean views. They each have private patios, beautiful bathrooms and are air-conditioned. There is a heated cocktail pool off of the upper terrace w/ spectacular sunrise and sunset views over the ocean- and a large swimming pool in the central courtyard. The master suite has an outdoor shower and outdoor solid marbletub, spa tub and triple headed shower. Each Bedroom Suite has the finest appointments right down to fine linens and custom Italian robes. linens.
The media and game room features a large LCD TV and DVD player, game/poker table, foosball table, ping-pong table and wet bar. There is a separate exercise room. The villa features a grocery lift from the garage to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

We had the best time at Casa Cariza! Thanks for all your suggestions. We took surfing lessons with the guys from Tranquillo at La Lancha. They were really good instructors. We all did the Vallarta Outdoor Adventure...from the boat ride, mule ride to zip lining and rappelling..it was really a great day! We beach clubbed it at the St. Regis and PM Beach Club..golfed..had ping pong tournaments by the pool at the Casa. Your house is incredible and it was such a treat to stay there. Our kids were really impressed.

I agree with the first two reviews that the photos of Casa Cariza do not do it justice. This is a total luxury experience! The bedroom suites are large, beautifully decorated and very private. The living areas are great, with an open air design and superb views and the cocktail pool is fantastic. There's a gourmet kitchen and large outdoor grill, so dining in is always an option. But there's also several great restaurants both within the resort walls and in the little beach town of Punta Mita right next door. The Punta Mita resort is totally first class and very safe. The golf courses, beach clubs and other amenities are all outstanding. I can highly recommend Casa Cariza for golf trips, retreats and getaways, or for family vacations. Whether you have young kids, teenagers or adult children, there's something for everyone. Great place to relax and have fun. We'll be back again next year!

The property’s description understates the beauty and elegance of this home. The pictures are accurate but don't do this home justice. I would recommend this home to my closest friends and relatives and I have rebooked for next year. The amenities are beyond compare, cleaner than any hotel I have ever stayed in. All the bedrooms are oversized suites with beds that are so comfortable you would like to take one home! The owner is very knowledgeable about the area be it zip lines, ocean fishing, mountain biking or surfing he will answer any of your questions. And he will provide a fabulous list of restaurants that are accessible using the 4 person golf cart provided. Dine in or dine out......with the gourmet kitchen and outdoor grill the choice is yours. The golf courses are well maintained, enjoyable to play and the pace of play is about 4.5 hours. The beach club is a gem, like your own beach but with all the amenities of a 5 star resort. I played golf every morning, went to the beach club every afternoon and enjoyed the sunset from the terrace every evening. It doesn't get any better than this. I’m looking forward to next year!

Casa Cariza is an exceptional home. The photos do not do this property justice. The home's location, design and decor are five star+++. The house is large enough to accommodate big groups yet it is designed so that two people also feel comfortable. The home affords beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. The beach club, two golf courses, exercise facilities, etc. are wonderful. We will come back to Punta Mita and Casa Cariza again and again.

Spectacular vacation home for a family get away. We had a great time and really enjoyed the wonderfull home and all the amenities the home and club had to offer. The beach clubs and golf course were first class as was the overall expereince.

if you looking for golf, beach or just time to relax, this is the place. Access to Four Seasons and St Regis hotel amenities give lots of options for meals. The small quaint town of Punta Mita is also an option for great meals. If you want to stay home, Casa Carriza has all you need with pool, hot tub, views and a great kitchen and living area. Access to the beach club is nearby with spa, pool and restaurant. A great place to relax and have fun.
