Welcome to sunny Hilton Head Island, SC and the Sea Side Villa Oceanfront complex. This complex is designed with the family vacation in mind. There are two swimming pools, an outdoor BBQ deck, and a beachside sundeck with showers. If you are looking for that relaxing vacation, we have just the right place for you!
Our beautiful Sea Side Villa offers spectacular direct ocean views looking out on one of the best beaches in the world. In proximity to other Sea Side Villa units we are as close to the ocean as you can get.
This beachfront property can accommodate up to six people at a cost which is less than you would expect to pay for a villa of this size and quality.
Our villa is elegantly decorated with tiled floors and a fully equipped kitchen. We offer a queen bed in the master with built-in bunks for the kids, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. There are on-site laundry facilities a few steps away and our condo is one of only a few that has central air...a real necessity in the summer months. The unit also has a private balcony overlooking the beach which is perfect for reading and relaxing.
We are conveniently located; just a short walk from Coligny Plaza which has several restaurants, grocery store, drug store, great bakery and many upscale shops.
Hilton Head offers a variety of things to do. There more than 30 golf courses and 360 tennis courts. There are also miles of bike trails throughout the island

We are Keith and Gayle Gibson and we thank you for taking the time to "check us out"! We have owned our property since 1998 and have a long list of repeat renters each year. I guess we are doing something right. We sold our business a few years back and decided to relax a little...Ha!
Seriously, Hilton Head is one of our favorite beaches. There is so much to do: biking, golfing, fishing in the canals, tennis...you name it and it's there, within a few minutes. We want you to have fun and we will do whatever it takes to help it happen. We really appreciate our renters and we want yourenting from us yearly. Thank you again.
