We have been coming to Big Bear since the boys were young and just learning to snowboard. It's the perfect getaway for a weekend - less than a 2 hour drive and every season offers a unique experience!
The Unique Benefits of this House
"HOME AGAIN" has that welcoming feeling every time you step in the door. It's very spacious and yet "homey". In the summer - we love to hang out on the deck - just enjoying the blue skies, birds singing, and the quiet. On a winter night, the moon and stars are amazing! If you and your family love to cozy up to the fire, play games, and enjoy the fun in the snow - this is the place for you!

5 star for sure. Very clean and up to date. This is the second time I've stayed here and both times have been amazing. The back yard is huge, both times we've stayed the weather did not allow us snow play but i see the potential of snow play fun. . Property owner and manager were very accommodating and a pleasure to do business with. The pictures do not do this cabin justice it is huge and spacious. The kitchen is a cooks dream! And the porch swing is so relaxing. Right when you walk in the front door you definitely feel "home again" We will be staying there a third time.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family and I spent Christmas in this cabin and it was absolutely wonderful. The cabin is spacious, clean, and perfect for larger groups. Plenty of seating for dinners, playing games, etc. Separate areas for breaking into groups. Kids in one room watching tv, adults in another room watching something else. Very comfortable beds, lots of room.Has an amazing back deck. Great sledding or even snowboarding right in the backyard and you can watch from the deck. The kids (teens) had a ball snowboarding down from the front of the property down to the creek area, even had jump areas. They had as much fun in back as they did at snow summit. Want to go back in summer and enjoy the amazing back deck and just kick back, bbq and enjoy this summer. The owner and property manager were very responsive to all our questions and had the cabin all decorated for Christmas, including a large decorated tree. Very close to the Village, recommend going to Copper Q for a cappucino and a delicious pastry while in town. Also, very close to the play area where you can inner tube. So nicely situated to everything. Overall, a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this cabin any time of year. We certainly plan to use it again.

The cabin was in five star condition and it was convenient to take care of the paperwork on-line. This is the third year we have stayed there and every time the owner has been responsive and addressed any questions we had. I would highly recommend. this cabin to friends and relatives!.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
