You will be very comfortable in this newly developed one bedroom suite. Suitable for a single person and at most a couple. Located on a quiet street in Forest Lawn and centrally located allowing quick access to Deerfoot Trail and 10 minutes to the downtown core. The unit is equipped with cooking utensils, dinnerware, cutlery and condiments such as salt and pepper, tea, coffee, cereal (enough to get by until you get to the market). The bathroom has a blow dryer. You have a separate entrance, shared laundry room. The nightly rental is based on single occupancy only. There is also a friendly 6# Maltese Dog (hypo allergenic) on site.

Rate Details (In Canadian Dollars)
General Rate .... $80/night (2 night min)$10.00 extra for couple.$400.sgl-$450.dbl
per week. Funds required in advance to secure reservation. Payment via email inter
ac or cashiers cheque via mail. Upon arrival amount equal to one week rental is
required as damage deposit which will be returned at check out provided there are
no damages or through email transfer.
Check out is noon unless previous arrangements are made for a later check out.

I work as a realtor specializing in residential dwellings (single family and condominiums) for the past 8 years here in Calgary. I love helping people realize their dream of selling or buying their home and providing them with the knowledge, confidence and encouragement to navigate through the sometimes overwhelming details of the process. My personal passion is to find that "diamond in the rough" home, renovate and make it "Sparkle" as I have done with this property. This attribute also is a great benefit when people are wondering about the challenges and obstacles of home renovations when buying a property that needs a little or a lot of TLC. When I developed my “Sweet Suite” I was uncertain as to whom I would rent it to. The idea of a long term tenant did not appeal to me. As always, the universe provided me with this idea and I am ecstatic with the end result as I have been able to engage my gift of hospitality to people from all over the world and as an added bonus; utilize and maximize my space.
