You will be very comfortable in this newly developed one bedroom suite. Suitable for a single person and at most a couple. Located on a quiet street in Forest Lawn and centrally located allowing quick access to Deerfoot Trail and 10 minutes to the downtown core. The unit is equipped with cooking utensils, dinnerware, cutlery and condiments such as salt and pepper, tea, coffee, cereal (enough to get by until you get to the market). The bathroom has a blow dryer. You have a separate entrance, shared laundry room. The nightly rental is based on single occupancy only. There is also a friendly 6# Maltese Dog (hypo allergenic) on site.

During the Calgary Stampede the rates increase to $500.00 per wk/SINGLE &

When we saw your apartment online, immediately, my wife & I knew we were ging to enjoy our stay. You really made that happen with your hospitality which was way beyond our imagination. You were a family to us here. We never missed home except for the warmth! :) We say thank you several times for making our stay a memorable one and being there for us. We enjoyed so much on this vacation. It was so nice to come back "home" here and rest for a bit. As you know we pacvked a lot into our days because this country is so beautiful and there is so much to see and do. We especially loved being able to mee you and your son and baby pups. Hope to see you again (sooner than later).

This is such a great place to stay.... the owner is warm and welcoming, and goes the extra mile with lots of little details to make the suite more convenient and comfortable. It's easy to find from the majoy highways, well-kept and clean with everything you could need for your stay... I would definitely stay again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

Thanks a lot for making our stay so warm and comfortable in this chilly weather in Calgary. We loved your apartment so much. It is so quiet, clean and well equipped with all the amenities that a vacationer may need. This is one of the coziest apartments we have stayed and perfect for the Calgary cold weather.
