Our cottage sits on a private two acre plot nestled in Lake Champlain's picturesque North Bay Cove. With over 400 feet of prime swimming and lakefront shore line it offers stunning views of the Adirondack mountains and beautiful Lake Champlain. Within just a short walk to the Basin Harbor Club you can enjoy golf, casual and/or fine dining. A perfect vacation home for families, romantic getaways or group gatherings looking for a scenic vacation with all the comforts of home.
You and your guests will enjoy rustic Vermont with contemporary stainless steel appliances, an island center piece that seats 4, a maple wood dining table that seats 6, spacious granite counter tops and a fully equipped kitchen. A grand fireplace centers the living room, made from local Panton Stone, it ignites with the flip of a switch to keep the cottage cozy and warm on a cool autumn evening . A 27' plasma TV, comfy couch and two over sized reclining chairs in the living room will ensure relaxation . The master bedroom has a queen size bed a 27' plasma TV, a closet and shelves for extra storage. There are two more bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other located upstairs with two twin beds. Every room is decorated to fit the lodge- like surroundings.
Sliding glass doors open to a unique deck crafted from rustic telephone poles and tree trunks, perfect for a lovely sunset view from above. A stone path will lead you to the fresh water of Lake Champlain and will allow your eyes to embark on glistening reflections from mountains, trees and cliffs. A dock is available to enjoy swimming, sunbathing and relaxation. A floating dock placed 15 feet out from the stationary dock will also allow the adventerous an energetic swim! This is a seasonal cottage, that will be sure to create memories for a lifetime. From the moment you arrive natural beauty surrounds you and outdoor activities await you.
*A private loading dock for boats, jet skis and other water crafts is available upon request .
*Located 35 minutes south of Burlington, 2 hours from Montreal and 4 hours from Boston.
