In the comfort of your own home you will enjoy rustic Vermont with contemporary stainless steel appliances, an island center piece that seats 4, a maple wood dining table that seats 6, spacious granite counter tops and a fully equipped kitchen. A grand fireplace centers the living room, made from local Panton Stone the sheer size and beauty makes the home cozy and quaint. A 27' plasma TV, the comfort of a couch, and two over sized reclining chairs in the living room will ensure relaxation on a summer night in Vermont. The master bedroom has a queen size bed a 27' plasma TV, a closet and shelf's for extra storage. There are two other bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other located upstairs with two twin beds. Every room is decorated to fit the surroundings around you.
As you open the sliding glass door a unique deck made from rustic telephone poles and tree trunks is elevated and will have you viewing the lake from above. The two hand made Adirondack chairs on the porch are a lovely setting for a perfect sunset. A path will lead you to the fresh water of Lake Champlain and will allow your eyes to embark on glistening reflections from mountains, trees and cliffs. A dock is there for your convenience to enjoy swimming, sunbathing and relaxation. A floating dock placed 15 feet out from the stationary dock will also allow you to escape land and experience life on the water.
