Brand spanking new in 2009... 270 degree views inclusive of Baldy and Ketchum... 2 deluxe buffed out kitchens... 2 comfortable living rooms each with leather sleeper sofas... large river rock fireplaces and big flat screen TV’s... 4 bedrooms that all have their bathrooms en suite... plus 2 more powder rooms... all accented with taste and style located just a short walk from the River Run Base Lodge and Lifts at Baldy and an even shorter hop, skip and jump to the fantastic shopping and dining of downtown Ketchum! Wow!
Hard to believe, but it is wonderfully true! What we’re talking about here is both halves of a newly constructed, customized duplex that has the kind of versatility and appointments to be a perfect fit for just about anyone’s Sun Valley vacation! Get this – each half of the duplex is fully outfitted and can “stand alone” wonderfully. Each side has its own separate front door on the ground floor. Downstairs, each unit has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and bath rooms en suite, with each master sporting a gas log fireplace. And each side has laundry facilities on the hall! Upstairs, each has its own spacious living-dining “great room” with the large flat screen TV perched atop the mondo river rock gas log fireplace (with the first rate sound system in the cabinet just to the side, no less!). Each side has comfortable dining for 6, a convenient powder room, and all are flanked by a fully outfitted kitchen with all of the good brushed stainless appliances and granite countertops. And then there are the views – one side looks east over tranquil Trail Creek and downtown Ketchum, while the other side points westward toward the River Run neighborhood and world-famous Bald Mountain above! A fenced wrap around deck at the lower level is a great feature that adds privacy and ambiance to quiet lounging or a nice outdoor meal.
Now here is the super cool part! What really makes this duplex unique is that the “duplex” can be made into one giant home -- all you have to do is open up the heavy-duty common “slide” wall that separates the upstairs living rooms, and “wall”-ah (or “viola” if you like that spelling better!). Actually, we’ll make sure that the “slide” wall is appropriately set up prior to your arrival – either closed to separate the two units or open to make it all-inclusive – but you get the point: whether you are a smaller party using one side or you are a larger family or group using both sides, this property is probably just what you’re looking for to enjoy your Winter or Summer Sun Valley vacation!

The condo was first class!!! It is in town, walking distance to all the restaurants. Very well stocked, clean, heated floors, touch button fireplace, master bedroom also has a fireplace. Windows are incredible. We had a nice view and the management co. is very friendly. The only downside is there is no jacuzi if that is important to you.

Not only was the reservation and pre-arrival process excellent, via the property manager, but we were all even more satisfied with the houses (both sides of the duplex) than we expected. It was so spacious and yet private when we needed it, and wonderful to keep the upstairs wall open so we could all be together at times. The homes were just as the description and pictures on the rental site indicated and couldn't have been cleaner, more comfortable or more high quality. We loved the location - easy to walk to Main St., to the Sun Valley Village and to the River Trail and mountains. We'll return !

We recently spent a weekend in Ketchum and rented both sides of this townhome. Both units are beautiful! Each side is the identical mirror image of eachother. Gorgeous kitchens and living areas and comfortable beds (with great bedding). Mountain Lifestyles was wonderful to work with. We would recommend this unit time and time again and look forwad to visiting again.

We rented both sides of this property for a party of 7 (3 couples and a single) in early March 2011. It was superb! Two minute drive to the lifts and an easy walk into town for dinner. The kitchen(s) are completely outfitted and the TVs throughout the house were modern and convenient. Everything about this house was perfect for us....our best accommodations in over 15 years of making an annual ski trip from the east coast.

We rented both duplexes for a long weekend in September. All four couples visited Ketchum for the first time to celebrate a friend's 60th birthday. Everybody was just amazed at the quality of this accomodation. The houses are tastefully decorated and everything is of very high standard. We loved the convenience of being close to Main Street and being able to walk everywhere. We had a rental car and only used it from the airport and back. The views of Baldy mountain from the upstairs living area are spectacular. If there was anything left to wish for, it would only be a hot tub outside. Otherwise this is the perfect place to spend some time in Ketchum. Highly recommended from all of us. It was also a pleasure to deal with Karen from Mountain Lifestyles Properties. Very professional and always prompt in answering every question we had.

We stayed at this property on the West side for a week in July & absolutely LOVED it! It is so close to town, we were able to walk everywhere & just parked our cars for the entire week. It's also incredibly close to River Run Lodge and the views were spectacular! The condo is beautiful & there was more than enough room for the 4 of us (2 couples). Having 2 master bedrooms was a major plus too. I highly recommend this property & we will certainly be staying here again! LOVED IT!!

This place was PERFECT!! I rented it for part of my wedding party to stay in during the beautiful Sun Valley summer! Ample space for all couples and conveniently located a couple of blocks from EVERYTHING! Management company was a pleasure to deal with and overall I would HIGHLY recommend this as a great place to stay. Was a bit tricky to find originally due to East and West versions of this street - but after the first time - this was PERFECT!

We were pleasantly surprised at the elegance of the condo's decor and the convenient location. We enjoyed the openness of the common areas upstairs and the privacy of the separate areas downstairs. We would highly recommend the property, it's an excellent value for the money.
