OUR UNIT:
This recently renovated two bedroom, two bath condominiums sleeps four to six guests. Amenities include TVs, DVD, Wi-Fi, Washer/Dryer (in building), a Gas Fireplace and an "open concept" kitchen and living room. A large skylight and picture windows allow you to view the Breckenridge Ski Area. The exterior of the Miner's Candle building was also completely remodeled recently.
Renters have access to 4 hot tubs (two indoor and two outdoor), and an outdoor heated pool. Two parking spots are provided (although you will never need to use your car during your stay). Bus stop is less than 50 feet away should you decide to take public transportation to Keystone, A-Basin, Frisco, or the Breckenridge area.
Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the loft bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, and a double pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens are provided as well as soap, dishwasher detergent and paper products! Kitchen contains all cooking supplies you will need. Coin operated washers and dryers are located in the building.

Miner's Candle is located adjacent to the Hyatt Main Street Station and Marriott's Mountain Valley Lodge at the base of Peak 9 and is a short walk to the Quicksilver lift (Peak 9) and Main Street.

Dave is retired after a career in the IT field. Nancy is a CPA. We have called Colorado home since the early 70s. We enjoy traveling. This photo was taken on a “Formal Night” of a recent cruise.
Why the Owner Chose Miners Candle
When we started looking for our condo we wanted to be within driving distance of the Denver area, at an established ski area, and at a town (not just a resort), Breckenridge met all of our desires.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Both the interior and exterior of our Miner’s Candle condo have been recently remodeled. Guests are within a short walk of both the Breckenridge ski area and the town’s Main Street shops and restaurants. A pool and hot tubs are also a short walk. A bus stop for the free system is located across the street from the Miner’s Candle complex.

UNFORGETABLE STAY IN A VERY NICE CONDO IN BRECKENRIDGE

We have had a pleasant and very confortable stay in the condo, where we have spent 2 months during ski season in january and february 2011. it was a very nice stay with the main advantage to be near from everything you need in a ski resort : shops, restaurants, ski lifts, free shuttle to other ski resorts…..this Condo was even better than what we had seen on web pictures, it was very large and we have really appreciated the sight view on the mountain. Appartment was very clean and the kitchen well equipped for cooking meals, the large table is a convenient area for breakfasts, lunches and diners to be shared with friends. The two bedrooms with their private bathrooms give a real additional confort .The owners have been of a great assistance before our stay, they sent us every information regarding the resort, transportation, rental procedure… even during our stay they have been easy to contact and ready to help us when this has been necessary. We have really appreciated their kindness and their understanding .We definitely recommend this condo to anybody who intend to spend either some days or some months in Breckenridge. this was our first stay in Breckenridge, would we plan to come back, we would choose to stay in the same condo .
