Sundancing River Lodge (~2400sf) enjoys a spectacular, sunny river-front setting in a tranquil location. This is a beautifully restored craftsman-style, river-view home originally built in 1932, with wood floors and panelling, in the traditional river style. The living room features high, open-beamed ceilings and a large stone fireplace. Off the living room, there's a formal dining room seating ten; the well-equipped kitchen is just beyond. Off the kitchen, there's a bedroom with office set up. Up a short flight of stairs from the living room, there's a bathroom and two bedrooms. Downstairs from the living room, two other bedrooms and a bathroom are centered around a family room which opens to the garden. The bedrooms have good separation from each other. French doors from the dining room lead to a semi-enclosed, covered porch at the rear of the house which has a grill, dining set and comfortable outdoor furniture. Beyond the porch, there are terraced gardens and patios, with dining sets, loungers and seating areas. Steps from a lower terrace lead to the seasonal river dock. At the side of the house, there's a gazebo with large hot tub.
Please Note: Deep Water at Dock makes this house Unsuitable for Very Young Children and Children Who Cannot Swim.
