Free boat dock and air strip rights, club facilities including 2 beautiful pools, gourmet restaurant, tennis court, and exercise room. Excellent shelling. Air boat and fishing trips arranged upon request. Boat, jet ski rentals are available. Boat dock (2 minutes from the house) and private airstrip privileges come with this beautiful home.
