Built in the late 1800's, this newly remodeled 4 bedroom/ 2 bath home, sleeping up to 8, is located on Hwy 95 a half a block from downtown Sandpoint, ID, within walking distance to shopping, dining, wine tasting and art galleries as well as the beautiful beach where plentiful parking (if you decide to drive) can accommodate the largest crowd - should they show up...but don't worry, you won't have too much company in the summer and probably none in the winter!
It is about 5 miles from the base of the Schweitzer Ski Resort as well, which boasts Idaho's best kept secret, the most beautiful ski area in the country! OnTheSnow recently announced that Schweitzer is the overall favorite ski resort in Idaho. Lifts are still relatively reasonable and can be purchased by phoning or going online to Schweitzer Ski Resort. And don't be fooled, a lot more goes on there than just skiing! For instance, a World Class movie filmed at Schweitzer Premiers in Sandpoint.
Games, books and an organ provided as well as wireless Internet availability. Gather around for family singing fun or play games, read, watch TV. Completely furnished for comfort and enjoyment.
Swim or Ski and everything in between - SANDPOINT HAS IT ALL !!! For Events - indoors and out - Activities, maps, dining, lake guide, or just things to do - outdoors or in - and almost anything else found in Northern Idaho.
