We are offering an affordable, convenient, and carefree vacation with NO CLEANING FEES for stays of 3 nights or more.
Our studio condo is located at the Village of Baytowne Wharf in the Market Street Inn on the 4th floor overlooking the Bay and the Village streets. People watch or enjoy the sunset over the Bay with a glass of wine! There is a queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, and granite kitchenette with utensils for all your needs.
Being that this unit is privately owned we are able to serve you as our special guests at a lower price with no hidden fees or charges. We live here locally and are more than happy to assist you on a relaxing vacation or quick weekend getaway. We also go the extra step to ensure you're comfortable and satisfied.
Staying in the wharf is an exceptional experience. Not only do you have access to an over 2200 acre resort with all it's amenities, but you have the luxury of stepping out your door to stroll the cobblestone street. There are all sorts of restaurants, shops and activities that cater to all ages and any lifestyle. There are playgrounds, zip-lines, and mechanical boat races for the kids, and nightlife, music, and wine tastings for the adults. Follow the dock down to the marina to rent a boat, kayaks, or go fishing for the day. With every amenity at your finger tips, you don't ever have to leave the resort! However, if you do want to get out and about, we can lend a hand in finding fun activities that may be 'off the beaten path' in and around the area.
While staying at the Market Street Inn you will have access to our on site pool and gym which is an amenity not all guests receive. You also have shopping, music, nightlife, and dining are all right outside your door.

Every was great! We have stayed there before and really enjoyed it. We only had one mishap. The owner forgot that we were coming and there was some check-in problems at the time of our arrival. It did worry us at first, but the staff at VRBO helped us find the owner and get the information we needed for check-in! We will be back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

Room was good - very clean and well maintained. Lacking in drawer storage (chest) and bathroom available storage. Could use a small chest even in the foyer area. Beautiful pool and garden area adjacent to the building. Very convenient to the village and amenities of San Destin.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Fabulous Location! We had a great long weekend & loved the convenience of this adorable place. It is small (Studio) but perfect for smaller families or a small group. It was very affordable & perfect location- can't get much better! Great owners as well. Will stay here again!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Small but very convenient and comfortable place. Everything we needed. Bed could use some updating because the matress topperL and top spread were old. Fun to be able to walk to resturants and shopping.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

This was a fantastic condo for our anniversary trip! The unit itself was great, however the selling point was that it is so convenient to the great pool shared with the Pilot House and Observation Point buildings (where we spent the majority of our time!), as well as the fact that it is right in the village where you have lots of options for shopping, food, and entertainment. The Tuesday night fireworks were great and we were able to view them sitting on the balcony in our PJs! We will definitely return!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
