Spectacular Third floor Topsail Dunes Condo with outstanding, unobstructed views of the ocean .This unit has all new beds and furnishings.
Master bedroom features king size bed with separate bath and fabulous ocean views .The second bedroom has a full and twin bed.
The main living and kitchen has new hardwood floors. The 2 chair table slides out to accommodate the other 4 matching chairs under the bar, if needed The new sofa is very comfortable, but not a sleeper.(chose comfort over function).
The bedrooms have new ceiling fans and cable TV. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. High speed Internet cable modem in living area.
Washer and dryer are in the unit. From the Balcony you can see directly on to the beach, and to the left is the pool.Watch the sunrise from the master bedroom.Beach chairs are here to use,as well as two extra captain chairs for the balcony.

July 2- July 9 2011 My family and I just had the best time at this condo!!! The location was perfect, just beside the pool on one side and the beach access on the other. You couldn't be closer to the beach, you actually had to try to see even the sidewalk!!! Lots of sun and fun with shells, shark teeth, and swimming!!! Local food was great as well, and close by. I would highly recommend this property if you want a great vacation!!! The Cooksons Chester, SC

We had a great time at North Topsail. The condo was just what they said it would be. We were lucky enough to see star fish, dolphins and many shells along with some sharks teeth. The owners have responded to our questions quickly. We will go back.
