FACTS: Beautifully appointed one bedroom apartment has well-equipped kitchen, large private deck with ocean view and hot tub, three (3!) minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, bars, and salons. Available nightly, weekly, monthly.
THE DETAILS: California Dreaming will be more than a song title after you spend a night on the California King bed, top-of-the-line TempurPedic mattress, down comforter and high-end linens. Once you finally force yourself to leave the bedroom, you get your favorite morning beverage and step out onto the large deck. As your eyes sweep across the water to the left you see Catalina Island, to the right you see Malibu, and straight ahead you enjoy the beautiful ocean and horizon. Sit at the table and chairs and watch surfers skimming the surface of the Pacific. After awhile you decide to start the day with a stroll…walk…run? Whatever you choose, in three minutes you’re at the beach! Walk in the sand, play beach volleyball, stroll along The Strand with the locals, or bike on the paved path right at the edge of the beach.
During the day you are within minutes of the town’s beautiful shops, salons and various restaurants. Whether you have dinner out or dine al fresco on the deck, you can watch the stars twinkle and the night come to life as you relax and melt away your cares in the large private hot tub. Oh yes, there is a large, flat screen TV, DVD player, Wii, Wii fit, Wii Rock Band w/many wii games, and cable for those shows or movies you want to enjoy.
OCCUPANCY OPTIONS: While this is a one bedroom home, there is also a sofa for an additional person. Four person maximum occupancy. ALSO, there is an adjoining two (2) bedroom home, which can also be rented and is listed separately on VRBO. The two bedroom unit can comfortably sleep six. A NOTE ABOUT RATES: The weekly rate is 975, there is a 90 cleaning fee and a fully refundable security deposit. Otherwise that is it...no hidden fees, etc. Everything is built in. No surprises. :)
