This large oceanfront efficiency at 123rd St. in North Ocean City, MD, sleeps four. Unit 403 is on the top floor of an elevator building affording spectacular views of the beach, ocean, and dolphins swimming by.
Unit was updated in the fall of 2009. New features include a new sofabed with an upgraded mattress...no more uncomfortable sleeping, new bath vanity, new balcony furniture, newly painted walls, The whole place is "spiffed" up. Take advantage of the upgrades without paying a high price for ocean front.
The Caramar is a small (44 unit) midrise so it's quiet. Directly across from the Northside Park, this condo is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment yet removed from the congestion of the boardwalk area. Want the boardwalk? You're just a 10-minute drive!
Assigned parking, a private pool, and laundry facilities are just a few of the amenities. Sunrise and sunset views are spectacular. The hurricane shutters afford privacy and blackout shades. Sunday to Sunday rentals to families and mature couples only. Check in is 3 pm; check out is 10 am. PayPal accepted.
