A large 1 bedroom guest cottage to 'A Beachside Kiss' (VRBO 225004), 'A Moonlight Hug' is a two-story cottage and a perfect Seaside rental for a romantic getaway or small family vacation. One of the larger guest cottages along Scenic 30A, Moonlight Hug boasts high ceilings, open living and dining spaces, and a oversized master suite with private bath and balcony. And to make things even better - the cottage sleeps 4 with the help of a pull-out sofa! The main level is where you'll find your living and dining areas complete with large flat screen TV, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, bar seating for 2 and additional seating for 2 more at a cafe table. Both the front and back of the house offer porch space allowing guests to enjoy Seaside the way it was meant to be enjoyed - outdoors! The queen master suite is upstairs with TV, private screened balcony with adirondack chairs, and private shower/bath combo with tiled sink. May you enjoy many moonlight hugs and beachside kisses when staying at this lovely 1 bedroom cottage located directly behind Seaside's town square and steps to the beautiful white, sandy beaches along 30A.

Moonlight Hug was perfect for our family of four. While only a one bedroom, it was roomy. We did not feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was a nice size and the two screened in porches (kitchen and master bedroom) offered extra space to enjoy the outside. The cottage was centrally located but still in a quiet area. We will certainly stay at Moonlight Hug again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The cottage was immaculate; the furnishings appropriate; the kitchen quite efficient. The description and pictures were realistic and accurate. We visited for a long weekend at the end of September so businesses on the Square closed earlier than they would during the season, but the shops and restaurants were open late enough for us to take our time at the restaurants and we were able to enjoy a movie on the lawn on Friday evening. We were four adults. Even though the cottage sleeps 4, that means that two adults would have to share the pull out sofa on the main floor. Since the two adults were young men, one had to sleep on a sleeping bag. Perhaps the information should state that the cottage can sleep UP to four people. We were greeted on the first day and our needs were promptly attended to (we were short one pillowcase and were provided with one within two hours!). The greeters were pleasant , helpful, and personable. Since we did have one really rainy day, it was great to have a HD tv equipped with a DVD player and to have access to the fitness room. This is a great location for a quiet family vacation; wonderful for people with young children. Our young adults were not happy with the lack of "night life." We would definitely come back and will recommend the facilty and rental firm to our friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We found this nice one bedroom carriage house at the last second for a quick weekend getaway for my wife and I. The property was neat, clean, and in a good location. We would like to stay there again!Recommended for: Age 55+.
