Why the Owner Chose North Redington Beach
Never intending our home to be used as a rental property, we decorated & furnished our place for us. Now, our house is your house! Happily in practice that has, in fact, proven to be the case. Our vacationing guests have indeed treated our home as if it were their own. Our very first tenants immediately booked for the following year - and for twice as long! We aren't just sharing our home, we are making new friends along the way.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The incredible views of the beach and the sound of the ocean add serenity to our life. That & the sunsets are what we miss the most while we are away. But we do more than just sit on our balcony! When in residence at The Tides, we frequently use the gym and billiards room in the Clubhouse. We also frequently avail ourselves of the massage services of Karen Castle. Karen has been giving massages at The Tides for almost ten years now in a private treatment room in the Clubhouse. Available by appointment only and very reasonably priced, this is an amenity not to be missed!
We enjoy great food. So when we are not cooking, either in the apartment or at the poolside grills, we frequent many of the local restaurants. There is a great variety of places to discover, some within walking distance, others a short car ride away. Thankfully, the beach beckons for long walks to work off the excesses of good living! Golfing helps too! We are avid golfers and frequent many of the courses located nearby our condo.
Our favorite part of the day in Florida is sunset. No matter how hectic the day may have been, we do our best to begin each evening with the ritual of the sun setting. Its magnificence reminds us of our many blessings, only one of which is living in such a beautiful place. We hope visitors to our home will enjoy the sunsets and the fabulous lifestyle that Florida offers. It is deeply gratifying to know that our home is still being appreciated and enjoyed!

We moved to Florida from San Jose, California, where we still have a beautiful home overlooking the valley. We had always wanted a home on the beach. With family & friends in the Tampa Bay area, we happened upon The Tides - where we planned to live happily ever after! Life takes funny turns and when we recently purchased a new business in Indiana, we decided it would be a shame to leave the house empty and lonely in our absence. We miss the beach. After a while of living there, the rhythm of the ocean becomes a part of you. It helps to know that our home invites couples & families visiting Florida to enjoy the lifestyle that we have come to love.
