At Sterling Breeze. I thought I was in Panama City Beach. But man, this lobby looks like it’s somewhere in Manhattan. No, more like Monaco. It’s got a contemporary, European coastal kind of feel. Very cool. And very upscale. Something says this is going to be different. And, boy is it. Walk out on to the deck and you’ll see a really cool pool. And hot tub. This place is dripping with class.
But at the end of the day, what are we looking for when we come here? The Beach. Which is awesome. Sugar white sand, emerald water. Yep, we’re not in Monte Carlo, we’re in Panama City Beach. But we’re at one of the classiest resorts in town. It’s got all kinds of neat stuff: we got a gulf-front overflow edge pool and whirlpool spa, a state-of-the-art fitness room, a fire pit next to the pool and a pool side internet cafe & wine bar. You heard me right, a wine bar. Imagine. Kiddies in the pool. You sipping a little Pinot at the Wine Bar. Ain’t life grand.
So, after you’ve spent the morning at the beach, the afternoon at the Wine Bar, now it’s time to shop. And there you are. Just a half mile from the coolest shopping center every. Pier Park. This place has everything from Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville to a Crocs store. You’ll find a CHICOS, Hollister, American Eagle. Even a fudge store. And for the basics, there’s a Target. And if you’re looking for your latte fix, there’s a Starbucks. Can you imagine? Latte in flip-flops. Ain’t life grand!!!
You’re also less than 1 mile from Frank Brown Park, Panama City Beach premiere recreational park. So if you’re coming down for a tournament you’ll be perfectly located for going to the game. And, for after.
All the condos in this resort have first class furnishings. From plasma TVs, great décor, to electric grills on the balconies. Sterling Breeze. Let me just say this. Why go anywhere else?
Here’s the scoop on your condo.
Man this place is something else! Check out the photographs of the décor. It’s got the upscale beach look that’s really popular. This isn’t your down home beach place. It’s an uptown beach place. And, there’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. And you can see the beach from the kitchen. How about that!?!
The LIVING ROOM sofa is big and comfortable. It’s a queen sleeper too! The entertainment center, which has a big plasma TV. Plasma! Can you believe it? And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked. Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable. And the views, The views.
Check out the MASTER BEDROOM. Huge king size bed with a beautiful Caribbean carved headboard. Look at the wall colors. What a great space. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep. Really makes a statement. It’s really spacious. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. The Master Bath has a full glass walk in shower and a really large tub to soak the day away, if you’re done on the beach.
The SECOND BEDROOM is really cool. More great color. It’s got a roomy queen bed. And a TV when you just want to zone out for a while at the end of the day.
The THIRD BEDROOM is big and beautiful. Nice size bed. Plenty of room. King size bed! Big TV!
The THIRD BEDROOM is a kid-friendly bunk room. That’s for kids with plenty of room to sleep and play.
The KITCHEN’s a beauty with granite counter tops. It’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.
The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. No kid’s table here.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 8 with 3 full baths.
Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. You can’t go wrong at Sterling Breeze. It’s got everything you want in a beach condo, plus lots of stuff around it! It’s going to book up quick for the summer.
