This large villa has a fully-equipped modern kitchen with mahogany cabinets, granite counter tops, refrigerator with filtered water, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer and air conditioner. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster and more. The living room has a flat screen TV with cable. A cordless telephone with answering machine included. Sleeping arrangements include one king in master bedroom/bath, queen in second bedroom/bath and twin beds with adjoining bath. Bed and bath linens and paper products, laundry detergent, soaps, etc. are provided. Tom Weiskopf designed links style course also located here at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. This course offers golfers a challenging course in an island paradise. The course offers stunning views of the towering volcanoes on the Big Island framed by palm trees and vibrant flowers.
Cleaning is scheduled at the end of your stay. Mid-week cleaning can be arranged if requested for an additional fee. Full payment needs to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit of $500 + 1-night's lodging is required to reserve dates. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the rate equivalent to 2 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. No Refunds will be made on reservations canceled within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date' Security Deposit Policy: The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of check-out, after successful check-out inspection for property damage or loss.
