The property lends itself to the feeling of a small village. Small, colorful, two-story cottages are charming and quaint. Sidewalk paths wind through lush landscaping among all the bungalows and past a nearby lake.
Within walking distance of the village are several premier restaurants and... the pizza place (Bruno's Pizza). Seagrove Plaza boardwalk shops offer a small variety of movie rentals, souvenir shopping, beachwear, bike rental, and casual family dining -- and it's all within your short stroll to the beach.
The two bedrooms upstairs -- each with its own bathroom and door to the full-length balcony -- give a sense of privacy and serenity. The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the guest room has two twins with trundles. The unit also has a sleeper sofa in the living room.
This bungalow is directly poolside. Just outside your front door is a small patio that leads right to the deck of an enormous, sparkling pool, kiddie pool and hot tub.
Great location, charm, easy access to the beach, refreshing pools, reasonable rates... no wonder that families return year after year to "their spot" for fun on the Emerald Coast!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at The Yellow Flip Flop in The Bungalows of Seagrove neighborhood. I traveled with my college-age daughter and 3 of her friends. We had so much fun introducing her friends to your area. None had been to the Highway 30A area. The kids had so much fun! We biked to Seaside, through the WaterColor nature trails, and to Deer Lake State Park. We dined at several local restaurants including Angelina's (which we also biked to). We enjoyed a day at the beach and a picnic at Deer Lake State Park. The kids loved that we were the only people at the beach at the park...quite a treat! Each evening the kids enjoyed the pool while I enjoyed the quiet time to read in the bungalow. After getting cleaned up, we played games until bedtime. Then we were up early the next day to start the fun all over again. The Yellow Flip Flop was perfect. We loved the proximity to the pool! The bungalow is very roomy and comfortable...very relaxing atmosphere.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway.
