One of the best rentals on the beach

This was our 4th year at Ana and Alex's villa. We love it. Many properties say they are on the beach but few are as close and convenient as this villa. The villa has everything you need for an extended stay. Just shop at Ralphs in Humacao for your food and enjoy the view from their beachfront balcony.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This is a beautiful beachfront villa. We absolutely loved it. The beach is just outside the window, coconut trees, beautiful view. Very quiet, just a few people on the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.

Perfect Condo On The Water

This makes 3 times we have stayed at Ana and Alex' beach villa and every stay has been great. The location is the best one in the beach villas at Palmas del Mar. It is next to the Carribean and just across from the pool. If you like golf, tennis, walking the beach this is the place for you. It is fun to sit on the balcony at night and watch nightfall. For a real treat get your breakfast pastries just outside the Palmas gate at Las Delicias Panadaria. They are the best on the island. Turn right when you leave Palmas, go under the freeway bridge and turn right at the Texaco gas station. The panadaria is about 200 yards on the left. It is open 7 days a week. It's only a 3 minute drive from the Palmas gate. You won't be sorry.

Beach Village is like Sanibel Island, Florida with better weather, gambling, surf, and impeccable grounds maintenance. We did not golf or play tennis, but we did enjoy the restaurants. The coordinates 18.085165,-65.796800 should point to the villa, just paste into Google. I recommend using the map for planning and directions. Palmas del Mar is huge resort development. You can rent a golf cart to get around. There are paths everywhere. On our first night, we walked up to the Wyndam for a beverage (Altos Las Hormigas Malbec), dinner, and slots. You might use Wyndaym's address in your GPS to find Beach Village as they both share the right turn off of Candelero: 170 Candelero Drive, Palmas del Mar, Humacao, 00791. Chez Daniel is located on the water off of Harbour Drive on the far side of the marina. The marina has numerous & impressive yachts. The villa has a well equipped kitchen and excellent beach chairs. Enjoy!

This was our second stay at Beach Villa VIP and it was great again. Ana is a great owner. Weather was perfect. We walked the beach and played tennis every day. Nothing like sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the sunset and having a glass of wine. If you want a quiet get away this is the perfect place.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Staying at Ana and Alex's beautiful beachfront villa in Palmas Del Mar made us feel live VIP's! The villa was very tastefully appointed and has a view to absolutely die for from the balcony! Being only a few steps from the beach is another great feature of the property and my wife and I spent pretty much every morning on the beach and swimming/snorkeling. The golf course in Palmas was a real treat to play as well and is where we spent most of our afternoons, a couple of holes on the back 9 have spectacular ocean views and overall the course is excellent. Would definitely return and also would recommend highly as a great place to stay while in PR.

Anas beach villa is the perfect get- away! The facility grounds & security are absolutely beyond first class. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Puerto Rico. I researched many locations & properties & I am fortunate to have chosen to stay with Ana. The villa is more like a spacious townhome. Waking up everyday to the view of the ocean & beach from our bedroom suite was spectacular. The villa is extremely clean & has all details. With Anas attention to detail she saved us quite a bit of $ by already having beach chairs, towels & kitchen condiments galore. Nothing, Nothing was missed. This was more than a regular vacation it was a superb retreat. The location of the villa was private & extremely convenient. There are restaurants on site & a general store. Latinos has fabulous cuisine.

Had a wonderful time at the property and the resort. Interesting layout of the condo came in very handy (loft) and everyone was able to have some privacy. Everything promised was delivered. I did end up renting a golf cart the last full day. I should have rented one sooner. Lots of places to explore. Would recommend it to anyone looking to get away from it all. The island is not that large, so the rainforest, San Juan, Ponce, etc. are not that far away if you want to explore!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great view, nice amenities, everything well thought out. Tennis clinics in the morning were great, golf rates a steal. You can get around without a rental car (you can rent bikes, golf carts or cars from the same place on site) This unit is quite close to hotel for restaurants or casino.

We just returned from our wonderful stay at Beach Villa. Alex and Ana have thought of absolutely everything. The description was completely accurate and even more beautiful in person. Ana was wonderful in answering any questions that I had. The beach was very private, only a few people each day. The pool was a lot of fun for my 7 yr old, there was someone for her to play with most days. Ralph's is a good idea for shopping they also have a deli with delicious homemade puerto rican food. We are planning on returning next year.

The communication, villa, and overall condition of the villa was top notch! I would recommend working with this owner everytime!!! We came to play in a colllegiate golf tournament, and the place was above and beyond expectations.

Lovely villa. Lovely location. Great owner. This is a quiet vacation getaway. No more than 6 people on the beach in front of the villa at any time.Wine and dinner on the balcony every night. Paradise.

We stayed in Ana and Alex's villa for a week at the end of Jan beginning of Feb 2010. It is lovely. We played tennis and walked the beach past Candelero Point every day. If you want a quiet vacation in a lovely spot this is the place for you. Ana was very helpful anytime we had a question. If you eat in we would suggest you go shopping at Ralphs or Sams Club in Humacao early in the morning to beat the traffic and crowds. A visit to El Yunque Rain Forest is a must. Again go early to beat the tours.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The Villa – All of the decorations and furnishings are of the highest quality. The Villa has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, Wii, Wifi, two flat screen TVs, iHome Radios, beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and more. Literally we did not need anything to spend each day on the beach. The loft is really just a small extension to the front entrance to the villa however it was perfect for my 6 year old son. The Beach – My family LOVED the beach. It is literally 50 yards from the Villa. It is small and private, with orange sand and crystal clear water. The drop off was very shallow so you could be 50 maybe 75 yards out and only be waist high. Plus, the waves wear the perfect size for playing with a small child. We literally spent 3 or 4 hours in the water every day. This beach is also fantastic for walking we would go out on long moon light strolls every night. We never felt unsafe and the views are wonderful. There is also a bar on the beach about 500 yards away but we just always took a cooler with us. The only drawback was the sea weed, on one day it was out of control and we had to cut the beach time short, the rest of the time it was not too bad. The Pool – It is nothing special but if you don’t like swimming in the ocean it is an option. We only went once. The Resort – There are tons of restaurants and trails. We did not really explore the resort but if you rent a golf cart you could spend hours driving along the golf cart trails. However, we eat dinner almost every night at one of the many very nice restaurants on property. Plus, you can walk to the casino at the 4 Points but I’m not much of a gambler so we never went. Overall - This is a magical place. If you are a couple or a family with small children I would book this resort. My one suggestion is go to one of the super grocery stores in San Juan, the prices and selection around the Villa is just so-so. Recommended for: Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Just had 5 nights at Beach Villa. Immaculately clean and maintained with lots of extras, including cozy robes. Terrific view of the beach and water. Lucky to have found this villa. Had an unbelievable Sunday buffet at the French Restaurant at the Marina. Caviar, omelets, and every possible salad, cheese, fruit, etc. Also had a few nice meals outside at the Tennis Court restaurant.

There is nothing you will need that Ana does not have available for you and she is so easily accessible to help and answer your questions. Palmas del Mar, the community, has a variety of options available to accomodate everyone's needs. My family and I stayed at this condo in July 2009 for 11 days! I can't say enough about it. The owner is an absolute pleasure to deal with! The unit is so comfortable, modern and clean. The view from the balcony, living room and bedroom is great. The ocean is wonderful, shallow, and long, with waves, great for bodysurfing! Palmas Del Mar is a gorgeous resort, and lots to do for families! I would highly recommend this condo and this resort! In fact, I still dream about that beach. Thank you Ana!
