Come stay at a beautiful 10 year old quality built and lovely furnished lakefront home just 12 miles south of Sturgeon Bay, located at end of private road backing up to a County Forest. This is a perfect place for 2-3 families.
Great water and forest views seen through large picture windows throughout entire home. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from one of three decks, private pier, beach, large lawn area, or the bonfire pit all with unobstructed views of the water.
Main level is very spacious including a great room with vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace for family gatherings. There's also a sun room with entertainment center surrounded by windows facing the lakefront.
First floor master bedroom with large picture windows facing lake has queen bed, full dresser, built in closet, TV, large walk in shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and chairs for up to 8 people. There is also a laundry room, half bath and desk/work area.
Second floor has one regular and one over-sized bedroom with (1) queen, (1) full and (3) twins beds. Rooms have plenty of closet space, and TV's. There is a full bathroom with shower, and a walk out deck with patio furniture.
Third floor loft is fully finished with AC and TV. There's (1) full size bed, (1) full size sofa bed, and enough room for (1-2) cots. Ample living space to accommodate 4-5 people.
There is use of a three car built in garage, additional private parking area adjacent to property and a Boat House with bikes, canoe, kayak, inflatable boat and other toys for your use.
Property sits on over 1/2 acre facing west on Green Bay waters, with beautiful landscape surroundings include shade trees, flowers, shrubs, a swing chair, hammock, picnic and patio tables and much more.
We are within short drive Potawatami State Park, Indlewild Public Golf Course, and boat, jet skis and pontoon boat rentals.
