$500 Reservation/Security Deposit to hold dates on credit card.
$1000 Holidays, reservations 2 Months in advance or 1 month+ stays.
Deposit is Refundable after satisfactory inspection of home.
Full Balance due 30 days PRIOR to Check-in w/credit card payment. Check payment due 45 days PRIOR.

  • Would you like a great vacation home? Well we the Kreuters know of one! When we drove into the drive-way we were all in anticipation as to what we would find. Our lovely owner of the home welcomed us and proceded to take us all on a tour of the house. Wow---- having entered through the front door, it was more than we had expected. The whole interior was immaculate in every way from furnishings, flooring, window coverings and everything else one could think of that would make ones stay memorable. The outlay of the home was absolutely beautiful! The recreation inside the home already was enough to keep us all entertained. Walking out to the patio was in itself an experience to hold in our minds long after we would leave. The swimming pool, basketball court, batting cage and outdoor furniture placed just right in three areas of the patio to suit us all. The landscape was absolutely beautiful! We all saw a lot in Vegas and surrounding areas, but we always came back early enough to enjoy barbecueing, swimming, basketball and just sitting around soaking all of it in and not looking forward to going home anytime soon. We will always look forward going back to Vegas, but most of all staying in a beautiful home as this one. A great memory always! Thankyou so very much for everything!

  • What a beautiful home! Our stay in this resort oasis was awesome! Good location, well thought out, lots of room, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with all the ammeneties. Lots of fun, especially the pool. We were going to go out, and ended up just staying there and cooking nice dinners instead. The owners were especially nice, and very accomodating. If you have young kids, this is the way to travel. You won't regret, we definatly don't!

  • Group of 8 stayed at this lovely home for 3 nights in March 2009 and wish we had booked the house for longer. We were all blown away at how well the home was equipped. Ton of things to do within the house and we ended up spending more time in the house than the Vegas Strip. Pool and hot tub was perfectly heated and waterfall was a plus! At night, we gathered around the fire pit to roast marshmallows. Vegas Strip is only 5 minutes drive from this home and markets for grocery shopping is just couple minutes away. I must say, this home is the best vacation home I have rented so far and can't wait to go back! No more hotel for me in Vegas! We are very much appreciative of all the work and thoughts put in this property. Amazing home, lovely owners!

  • Nine (9) of us stayed at this wonderful Las Vegas property in mid-March, 2009, and all were amazed from the start & satiated to the end. Entering this custom ranch home was awe-inspiring, with new wonders around every corner. The backyard is a true oasis, equally great for playing and relaxing. All amenities, inside & outside, are well thought through to provide maximum comfort & convenience -- creature comforts, galore. We were left wanting for nothing. There was plenty of space, & there were plenty of spaces, for group gatherings and private get-aways. The hosts were responsive when scheduling our stay, and were more than accommodating (yet utterly unobtrusive) to all us guests during our stay -- in short, they were a dream team. If you have a tight group of fewer than a dozen respectful adults / family members, staying at this house is a great way to experience as much of Vegas as you desire, from nearly nil to a full-blown onslaught. This is a true diamond in the desert -- it just hit the market and already it's booked far in advance. If you're considering Las Vegas lodging, look no further than VRBO # 224428; book immediately, lest your days be taken.   • Wow, what a gorgeous house that has all the necessary amenities. We stayed at this Tropical Oasis this past weekend and had such a great time. This property is the perfect destination for all occasions, from a family get-away to weddings / reunions to just getting away. The pool (with waterfall) and jacuzzi are awesome and the basketball court, batting cage and ping pong gave everyone something to do. Also, all of this was short drive away from the strip and the airport. I would recommend this house to anyone who loves to have a great time.
