Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, The Cove
North Bethany is a high value up-and-coming area which is almost fully developed yet outside the city limits. We wanted a place where we could be on the bay to observe nature at its best (we've even seen seals) but within walking distance of the beach (minutes) and I could walk to get a cup of coffee (a small restaurant is nearby). We got all three in Waters Edge plus a gorgeous home. You are welcome to come and share it with us.

Large Community Swimming Pool, Tennis & Basketball Court available for renters
Walkway to Ocean front using a raised dune bridge over the preserved sand dunes. A short pleasant nature walk to a very nice beach.
Long Water Views west toward the Indian River. A bird sanctuary in the natural wetlands. Canoeing, boating, etc.
A marked Channel to the Indian River for boating. The ocean inlet is minutes away.
Undisturbed Wetlands rich with wildlife of all sorts

We were fortunate enough to enjoy one of the spectacular sunsets on Friday evening. I have seen some gorgeous sunsets in the Keys, coastal California and Europe, but they would be hard pressed to compete with what we saw locally. It was really breathtaking!

We had a wonderful two weeks. Your house is beautiful. It felt like the first time renting down here because we experienced things for the first time this year. The sunsets were spectacular - we could watch them over and over again. The house has everything a renter could want. We had an amazing vacation and made more great memories.
