We offer eleven units that are split up between 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. They surround a very private pool with comfortable lounge furniture and outdoor grill for barbecue.
Each unit is tastefully decorated uniquely with the owners personal touch. Many interesting artifacts can be found adorning the walls of the units from the owners personal travels throughout the world. If you choose to sit and read looking out at the beautiful views of the ocean you can sit on the expansive covered patio on our comfortable lounge chairs. Just try and stay awake! If you get warm and want to cool off with a dip in the ocean it is just 30 feet to the water.
Be sure to be back from your days activities by 5:00 PM or you will miss Hans the German baker that drives up with his truck. His baked goods are incredible and fresh. (and cheap) You might also run into a local fisherman that just caught fresh lobster and would rather sell it to you than carry it home.(also cheap) If you miss them both you can walk to market 50 yards up the road and buy just about anything including wine, beer, fresh fruits, and vegetables. And if none of those options appeal to you, walk to one of dozens of outstanding restaurants. Tamarindo has restaurant choices like a big city but set in a laid back beachfront town.
We have a full staff that welcomes you upon arrival with a business office that has fax and e-mail capabilities. (Don't do it, you are on vacation) There are dozens of VHS tapes that you can borrow to watch in your unit. Each unit has a safe that you can store passports, money, or any suitable valuables. Our staff can get you hooked up with a car rental, boat tours or just about anything you need. Anna,Eduardo,Rick,and Sandy are there to make your experience a memorable one. The condo is a one hour easy drive from Liberia Airport and ten minutes from Tamarindo airport. You can rent a car from the airport or take a cab which is always available.

Easter, Christmas and New Years rates are $2000-$3400/week
Additional days are $ 295-490. Refunds until 30 days prior to arrival
Seven night minimum for holidays and 4 night minimum all other times
