Located directly between Kings Beach and Tahoe City in Carnelian Bay, this sunny three bedroom/two and a half bath features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, attached 2 car garage, knotty pine accents, leather couches, nice mountain furniture, hot tub, spacious kitchen, and open floor plan. The home is 2315 square feet with kitchen, living room, and dining room open to one another. The living room features a large screen TV with DVD, fireplace, and a front and back deck. The large master suite has a two sided gas fireplace, jacuzzi bath tub, dual vanity, and large walk-in shower. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms and a bath along with a separate entertainment/family room with large flat panel TV and DVD and leather sofa. Outside the family room through the sliding glass door is the back yard and hot tub. The bedding configuration is:
Queen (upstairs master) with Jacuzzi Tub
Queen (downstairs bedroom)
Bunk Bed (Queen bottom bunk and twin upper bunk) (downstairs bedroom)

The winter enthusiast will enjoy being close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar-at-Tahoe, cross country skiing, and the hot tub for apres ski. We also sell discount lift tickets to Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley (Save $10-$14 a ticket). The summer oriented person will appreciate being close to world class hiking and biking trails, beaches, and the central location for easy access to both Kings Beach and Tahoe City.
The home is fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer, and propane barbecue. The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
