You will be welcomed by our property manager Owner Direct Vacation Rentals (ODVR) at 1610 Hwy 17S in North Myrtle Beach. They will present you at checkin with an annual membership to the Grand Strand Golf Association, which can save you hundreds of dollars on golf, dining, and shopping during you visit. They can also provide you with the best GOLF PACKAGES on the Grand Strand. Odvr also offers renters 24/7 concierge, maintainance, and other services needed when visiting.
Our well-decorated, immaculate two bedroom/two bath vacation golf villa is located on the second floor in the Arbor Trace Community, features a spacious interior, with a panoramic view from your own private balcony of the 13th hole of the Norman golf course.
The master bedroom has a "swing king" bed which can be used as one king bed or converted to two twin beds, with a full private bath, decorated in a “beach” theme. The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be pushed together into one king bed, with a full bath closely located in the hall.
The sofa converts to a queen size bed to accommodate a maximum of six people. A washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, and hair dryers in each bath are provided in the villa for your convenience. The open kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking — microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, and pots and pans.
CABLE TV, MOVIES, INTERNET...
Cable connected TVs are located in each bedroom, along with a DVD player in the living room. Bring your laptop and stay connected by using the unit's high-speed secure wireless internet.
SWIMMING POOLS AND THE OCEAN!
Our pool is a short walking distance from the villa, or take a short 2 min. drive to the main resort pool, the largest sandy bottom pool on the entire east coast, complete with swim up bar. For the beach goers, take the summer season hourly shuttle service to the beach, from the shuttle stop located near the gates to Arbor Trace
SHOPPING AND ENTERTAINMENT
The shuttle also makes stops at the Barefoot Landing shopping area, which is directly in front of Barefoot Resort. Barefoot Landing contains many shops, restaurants, and nightly entertainment including the House of Blues and Alabama Theater. When the shuttle is not available the beach and Barefoot shopping area is only a 5 min. drive from Arbor Trace
