If you want the BEST, this is it. This Mt Warner Executive log home is located on Bear Drive,
about 6 blocks from the Ski Base. This is a 2 million dollar home constructed with massive log and is outfitted with the best furnishings money can buy. Awesome sunset views of the Yampa Valley. The home is perfect for the discriminating person, family retreats or wedding parties.
The lower level consists of two bedrooms, a family room, and laundry. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a full bath. The other bedroom consists of two sets of twin bunk beds and a full bath. The family room has a queen sized sleeper sofa, large T.V. and entertainment center.
The main level boasts a large living, dining, kitchen area. A seperate area for T.V. viewing. A master bedroom, with a king bed T.V. large bath, full sized bath tub, and washer and dryer in the master closet. On the second level you'll find a large loft area with an office and play area. There is also a 4th bedroom with a queen sized bed and large full bath. The home is surrounded by a large deck where views of Steamboat, Mt Werner, and the Flat Tops are all around you.
