Hummingbirds are happy here, fluttering about with little songbirds singing...This charming, sweet 2 level cottage with a mountainous valley view is awaiting your arrival for a week or two at a very competitive price. It's brand new on the rental market. It rents by the week or month. It provides wonderful privacy. The beaches are moments away... Come swim with the sea turtles in Lameshur, SNORKEL in paradise, go for a quiet swim in Francis Bay or take a dip roadside in the East End, so many possibilities!
There is one bedroom with a separate entrance across from the pool, a comfortable main living area with full bath, kitchen, living room, deck with lush views and sleeping loft, as well as a convertible daybed.
Sweet Spice has a pretty plunge pool to refresh yourself and beautiful stonework stairways with flowering tropical gardens. There is a lime tree in the garden, for making "Lime & Coconuts".
You can wander down the hill to the local, longtime organic gardens of Josephine Hugo and pick out some baby arugula, and other baby lettuces and sprouts and veges for your homemade salads or take a little drive to Shipwreck for some delicious fish specials or house pasta specials. Donkey Diner is always fun for a light or hearty breakfast to start out your day. I always recommend taking a sail on the schooner, Breath, better yet, a full moon sail.

- Air Conditioning: Only for summer, (June, July and August) The breezes at Sweet Spice are amazing and usually continuous. This location is ideal because of the wonderful breezes...For an additional charge an air conditioner can be provided outside the summer months.
- Washer: COLD water wash only
- Dryer: we don't use the dryer to dry beach towels but there is a line provided to hang them on.
- Linens Provided: wonderfully soft sheets (a pet peeve of the owner), currently all new, 3-400 thread count, brand new towels, beach towels, etc.

Introductory rate of $1300/week usually $1600/week .. $3000/two weeks
Christmas/New Year's .. $2000/week. $300 per night.
Older children are definitely welcome.
Rates quoted include 4 guests. a 5th guest is extra.
A signed contract with a security deposit is required before visiting house.
Cleaning fees ARE included.
Taxes are NOT included.
