Main level has 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths. Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a full bottom single top bunk bed; half bath attached to this room. Bedroom #3 has a full bed. Home has spacious family room + living room with fireplace, game table.
This home is located on a quiet street, family setting. Enjoy the waterfront living from the back yard barbeques to the quiet mornings enjoying the wild life. Take an early morning kayak trip just out your door or swim all day long! There is may area activities also, Lake Michigan beaches, Sleeping Bear National Park, Interlochen Arts Academy; even a drive in theater 15 minutes away.
