This home is perfect for your vacation! Located in the middle of everything you want to do, whether it is spending the day at the Beach, surfing, fishing, restaurants, grocery store, fast food, banks and freeway to get you on your way to Disneyland which is 18 minutes away! Knotts Berry Farm only 15 minutes away. Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza, and Bella Terra (our new Huntington Beach Mall) are only a short drive away.
We have three bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a King size Bed, Jetted Bath Tub in Master bath, newer mattress in each room (no funky beds). TV's in all bedrooms with Satellite.
Downstairs is large for family and friends. Kitchen was just remodeled and is a great place for all to enjoy. Beautiful Granite counters, Large pull-out spice rack (full), Stainless Steel appliances, large Island with TV's under counter in Kitchen and on wall so all can see movies, games, etc. TV's in every room. Air conditioning (many homes in Huntington Beach don't have air conditioning - they will tell you "near the beach you won't need A/C in the summer" but you do!) Large TV in living room. Private Zen Garden with wood bench for meditating. Lots of games, Beach items for your days at the beach. Set up for babies, with high chair, stroller, etc.

- Air Conditioning: People will tell you that you don't need A/C near the Beach but that isn't always true. We have A/C for those hot days!
- Washer: Washer is in the Laundry room inside the home.
- Dryer: Dryer is in the Laundry room inside the home.

- Off Street Parking: There is ample off Street Parking as well, make sure you read the signs and do not park when it is street sweeping day. Signs are posted on the street.
- Gas Fireplace: We have 2 gas fireplaces. One in the Living Room and the other in the Master Bedroom. You simply light and enjoy the fire - no mess to clean up. Just turn off when you are done.

- King Bed: The King Bed is in the Master Bedroom.
- Queen Bed: Queen Bed is in one of the Guest Rooms
- Twin/Single Bed: A Twin/Single Bed is in one of the Guest Rooms.
- Convertible Bed (3) : We have three hide-a-beds which fit nicely in any of our rooms upstairs.
- Crib: We have a crib/play pen as well as high chair and stroller.

- Centrally located for all your vacation needs. 2.3 miles from Beach. You will want to drive to the Beach so you won't have to carry ice chest, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, sun screen etc. Walking distance to Albertsons, Blockbuster, Starbucks, Dry Cleaners, McDonald's, Banks and more Shopping. 18 minutes from Disneyland. 15 to Knott's Berry Farm. We have card tables set up for poker, cards, and all kinds of games. Full video inventory for all taste - both VHS and DVD. Two parking spaces in the driveway, so no street parking (wasn't a category for cars parking in driveway). Perfect location in Huntington Beach for all your vacation needs. We allow small pets that are potty trained. We have a doggie door. Enclosed front patio and nice backyard for kids to play. No Smoking in the house. Plenty of area outside for smoking and relaxing.
