This three story house is located on a very quiet cul de sac and is just yards away from the Paulina Pool.
One flight of stairs to enter. Upstairs is the main living space with open kitchen, dining and living room with fireplace. On same living area is a room with king bed and a full bath. Up one more level you will find a bedroom with queen bed and full bath. A small deck opens off this room. Another queen bedroom and hall bath complete this floor.
Downstairs is a good sized room planned for kids with their own sitting area and TV. There is a full bath between the 2 bedrooms with two sets of bunks in one room and a set of bunks and a set of bunks and futon in the other. The laundry room is also located on this level.
