Each flat has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, an elevator, covered balconies, a boardwalk to the beach, access to the private designer pool that includes a bridge and a waterfall, fully equipped kitchens with commercial grade appliances, 2 dishwashers, granite countertops, icemaker, 2 ovens, a convection oven, large dining area, open living area, 10 foot ceilings, travertine floors, a wet bar, cable TV, DVD, VCR, surround sound (inside and out), and a large covered parking area.
