The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Casa Ladonna and Portofino is a not so busy complex.Visitors and some permanent residents make is a mellow atmosphere. Everyone relaxes and are never irritated with others. The night time view is especially amazing and relaxing. Party at Cabo Wabo and many other sites is a 7 minute walk. Restaurants and coffee shops as well as the main square in town where the whale skeleton resides is minutes away. Casa Ladonna is a great space to rejuvenate and enjoy.

My first visit in 2000 I fell in love with Cabo. It was the excellent fishing, diving, golf, warm beautiful blue water, warm weather and the change of culture. The slowed down pace was a nice break from owner and operator of a busy Electrical Contracting business.

We spent 5 days basking in the scenic views of Cabo from the spacious balcony with 4 other friends. A very clean abode with enough space to accommodate our group comfortably. Not too close and not too far from downtown and the marina district made walking a good option if you don't mind a slight hill and 10 minutes of walking. There was a farmers market next door 2 days a week for buying organic foods so we could take a break from the restaurant scene for a home cooked meal when we wanted. The entrances are staffed by friendly gatekeepers. A quick drive over the top of the hill put us on a Pacific facing beach with crashing waves and a picturesque sunset. Good friends, Good times and all the comforts of home.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family spent a lovely week at this condo with some friends, and we all had a wonderful time. The description of the place and surrounding area matched it perfectly. The views of the city and the Sea of Cortez from the large balcony (sunrise was quite spectacular, my husband tells me) were popular with the adults, and the two pools were a big hit with the kids. It was lovely to be able to stroll down the hill in the evening, after a day at the beach or the pool, to find a place to eat. Warm, breezy days, slightly cooler evenings... Just perfect! We recommend a drive to the private beach in Pedregal, on the Pacific side. We went there to watch the sunset one day, and it was spectacular! The closest beach, Medano, is very beautiful but a little crowed, and a bit of a party scene, but there are plenty of other, more quiet ones a short car drive away (Chileno–good for snorkeling with little ones--Santa Maria, etc). We would definitely recommend this condo to friends.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.
