Perfect fit for our needs

First and foremost I want to tell you that my children and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo. We stayed in the unit for a total of 12 nights and the accommodations suited our needs perfectly. Also the location of the condo was an excellent benefit as it was an easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We found the unit clean, the lanai was huge and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The bathroom remodel was a noticeable improvement from looking at the old pictures posted on VRBO. Also, the main bed was very comfortable. I am very happy you made the improvements before our stay; it was very much appreciated The one thing that could be improved is the condition of the sleeper sofa. My son slept on it the entire trip and after two nights he gave up pulling out the bed and just slept on the couch. He complained of back and neck pain from this. My children and I walked through several of the nearby condo's and hotels to compare locations and accommodations. We are all in agreement that when we return to visit Kauai again we would like to rent your unit if it is available.

We have been to Kauai many times but this was our first time in a condo in this area. It’s a great location! You can walk to the beach, to grocery stores, to restaurants, wherever you need to go. The condo has a nice rustic island décor and the upstairs corner unit looking out toward the ocean is nice but we were a bit disappointed in the balcony. It was smaller than I had expected. We really enjoyed cooking our meals at the pool / bar-b-que area! On the downside, the condo could use a really good cleaning (i.e. coffee pot & balcony). Also a tip sheet for renters would be nice letting them know not to run both A/C’s at the same time or the breaker will trip and giving instructions for operating the DVD player. BTW, the beach chairs need to be replaced. We took them to the beach, sat down and went through to the sand! :)) With all of that said, yes, we would stay here again!

I had no idea if ran both A/C units the breaker would trip thanks for the heads up on that. =) I will bring some replacement beach chairs to the unit as well, Hope you come back and stay with us again. We just had our second most wonderful stay in your AWESOME condo!!! We returned again this year cause we enjoyed it sooooo much last year. The condo is in the perfect location for everything you need. We have been coming to Kauai for about 10 years and this year we decided to try it for the first time without a car. Your condo is perfect for this, close to everything you need, the beach, grocery, restaurants, and shopping. We took the Kauai bus to Costco a couple times and it works great. It is always great to go to Kauai.Vacationing starts at the place you get your rest at.Well this condo is one of them places for sure.The location of the condo is in a good spot,walk to a quiet beach with coffee in hand to see the sunrise.This place is what it is advertised as,beautful corner unit.The covienenceof all you need for your stay is right in walking distance ,stores ,restaurants ,and hiking trails.this unit was clean,quiet,and safe .The owner has a nice decor with a island feel,oh so relaxing.Looking forward to my next stay on Kauai.Iwill try to book this place again,for sure..Relaxing at the unit was so restful Ihad energy to enjoy each day fully. This unit is exactly what the pictures and description show! It is literally right down the path to the beach - perfect to watch the sun rise! The condo had everything you need to make meals and was close to some great places to eat when you don't want to cook. Check out Pua Hana Bar behind Long's Drug! Great fish tacos - it's a short walk down the road! This location is perfect to explore the island but it's also close to the action in Kapa'a. You really don't need a car - the bus will take you just about anywhere you don't want to walk! The Coconut Marketplace was fun too - you could get basic provisions as well as pick up souvenirs and watch the hula dancers. The only thing we decided we would change is the bed! It's not as soft as it looks, the location and the rest of the accomodations more than made up for it though!

Felt like home!

We didn't want to leave! The condo is so beautiful and spacious. After just one day, it felt like home (and believe me, we wish we could have stayed!). It's in a terrific location - just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, grocery stores and, of course, the beach! You can also easily walk to Snorkel Bob's to rent some gear for your trip! The beach right near the condo was for the most part, secluded and absolutely beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset! Checking in and out was very easy and the people were very friendly. There was also plenty of parking, too! I've told my whole family how great this condo is and they plan to visit Kaua'i ASAP and rent this condo. And we plan to re-rent it, too, when we can get there next - hopefully it's soon! Thank you so much for making our visit so special! :)

Our 5th time to kauai and this is the best place we have found with the best price. Super cool, central location in kapaa, steps to beach, shopping, food stores, restaurants and bike rentals. We had no need for car, we loved the decor, the pools, the beautiful flowers and especailly easy access to question answers from the owner!! We will come back and tell all our friends!!!! aloha and thanks again!!!

Loved the location & the island

Despite a few little bumps in the road when we first arrived, my husband and I were really pleased with how Jeremy more than made it up to us. The location is amazing and allows for easy access to anywhere on the island. We loved walking to the Coconut Marketplace on a regular basis for supplies, entertainment (hula dancers), and shaved ice! We are already trying to figure out how to make it back to Kapaa! Thank You!
