Forgot Mai Tai is a comfortable two story home surrounded by natural landscaping, on a private cul-de-sac, south of 30-A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Our home has a sunny first floor great room, combining the living, dining and kitchen areas, an outdoor shower and gas grill. The Master Bedroom Suite includes a private sitting area with adjoining spa bath and two-person shower.
The second floor has two large bedrooms with adjoining private bathrooms, central den/game area, 'kids' bunk room and laundry. Both floors have French doors which open onto two house-length verandas, perfect for dining, sunbathing or curling up with a good book. A third floor open air tower is the perfect get away for welcoming the sunrise or relaxing sunset views.
Our house is a short walk from the dazzling white sands and emerald green water of the Gulf, accessible by a private walkway, and two private pools with teak lounges and tables, as well as shower and bathroom facilities. Parking for 3.
