Forgot Mai Tai is a comfortable two story home surrounded by natural landscaping, on a private cul-de-sac, south of 30-A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Our home has a sunny first floor great room, combining the living, dining and kitchen areas, an outdoor shower and gas grill. The Master Bedroom Suite includes a private sitting area with adjoining spa bath and two-person shower.
The second floor has two large bedrooms with adjoining private bathrooms, a central sitting area, 'kids' bunk room and laundry. Both floors have French doors which open onto two house-length verandas, perfect for dining, sunbathing or curling up with a good book. A third floor open air tower is the perfect get away for welcoming the sunrise or relaxing sunset views.
Our house is a short walk from the dazzling white sands and emerald green water of the Gulf, accessible by a private walkway, and two private pools with teak lounges and tables, as well as shower and bathroom facilities. Parking for 3.

Love this vacation home!!!!!

We just love this home. It has everything you could possibly want or need... The beach is beautiful and the pools are great...never crowded. There is plenty of great shopping in the area and all kinds of restaurants...something for all ages. We enjoyed this house so much we would spend all day at the pool or beach and relax in the house at night. The kitchen has everything you can imagine so cooking in was a pleasure!!!
Owner response:Daniel and Bonnie, thank you so much for the great review. Remind me next year if you come back and i'll discount your rate. We try to keep the house feeling like home. We only get down to do a full house deep clean in the spring and our vacation is in august and we never want to leave. Have a great holiday, health and safe new year and think of us again. I am almost reluctant to promote Forgot Mai Tai. It is tempting to keep it “our little secret“. As I write this review I’m sitting on the large and beautiful screened in porch that runs the length of this exceptional vacation home. The porch alone would make Mai Tai a winner but the owners have put a great deal of effort into make the entire home memorable. In addition, the Summer’s Edge neighborhood is both charming and quiet. My family and I have stayed in several vacation homes in the Seagrove Beach area over the years and I can honestly say that this has been one of the most pleasant. If you are fortunate enough to stay here please treat the place with TLC because we plan on returning next year.
Owner response:We want to thank you so much for the compliments. We love our home and wish we could be there more. We have worked hard to make it feel like home and we hope you consider Forgot Mai Tai again next year. Thanks especially for the note about TLC....I try to make sure all is in place when guests arrive. Jeffrey Zarnoch jzarnoch@comcast.net 609-458-6925
