Very nice owners, easy to deal with. Royal Sands is in a perfect location, right across the street from the beach & boardwalk, walk to everything... Lots of privacy as the bedrooms & full baths are located on various levels of the home. Gated 2 car garage is a nice touch. Felt very safe. Noise level is not bad. Watched the fireworks from the top floor balcony. If stairs are not an issue for your family, this is a good choice. We noticed many of the townhome complexes in Seaside are built as 4 and 5 levels. They all have lots of stairs, but worth the rates for the location & the space.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

The Townhouse couldn't be in a better location! It's only a block from the beach and a block or two from all the bars and restaurants. We never even had to get in the car once we arrived! The garage is nice and safe place to park. There is a nice view of the boardwalk and the ocean and lots of space for everyone to have their own privacy. We really enjoyed our time! The only thing I could complain about is that the place wasn't as clean as I would have liked it. We did arrive early while the cleaning guy was there so I'm pretty sure he felt pressured to leave. So I'm sure it's not always the case. Overall I would recommend this property!

My hudband & I rented this town home for a weekend in June of 09. It was such a nice place & directly across the street from the boardwalk/beach. it was very clean, and had stainless appliances. Our daughter & some of her friends came down to join us & had a blast. The owners are great & met us upon our arrival to give us the keys & show us in the condo. I would surely stay here again. Notice it is booked solid for the 2010 summer season & I can see why. It is WORTH the money for the week. Rent this place, you won't be sorry you did.
