Designed to share 5 acres of land with a collection of charming cottages, Lonesome Dove Cottage #2 was the second of 3 cottages to be built. Constructed in the year 2004, this one-of-a-kind cottage with hard wood flooring, unique 1950's diner style kitchenette and antique furniture is nestled on 1 acre of land.
This intimate one-bedroom cottage with a Queen size bed and a cozy seating area offers the ideal setting for a romantic weekend for two.
Located just off of the bedroom, the kitchenette takes you back in time to the 1950's with a red, white and chrome retro-themed design. The kitchenette provides you with a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, as well as a table for two.
Exploring the outside of the cottage will guide you onto a back porch with seating for two... perfect for watching wildlife as the sun sets in the background. Or, if you choose to walk the grounds, you may elect to re-connect on a wooden swing in front of a fire pit. For some, this may be the perfect end to your day or, if you prefer, you may choose to unwind while showering under a starlit sky in our outdoor shower....
Located on the North side of Canyon Lake, you can spend your day tubing down the Guadalupe River which is only 10 minutes away or boating on the Lake with boat ramp access only minutes away at Jacob's Creek Park.
